Just wanted a robot vacuum to clean up our cat’s fur that’s constantly covering the apartment which I think it does a good job of, but it’s much louder than I expected and scares my cat. It also makes a beeping sound every few minutes when charging which is really annoying. Charging takes a few hours to finish. It’s also alright with carpets - it cannot handle my room which is carpeted but it can handle the rug outside. Overall okay - would consider purchasing a higher quality one next time

This came nicely packed and was easy to assemble. The directions say to just use water, so nothing that would disinfect or clean anything really dirty. I closed off my carpeted beddrooms and used this on open plan living/dining room, kitchen, and foyer, which are part hardwood floor and part tile. It mops with a thin coat of water that evaporates quickly (something I was worried about). Unfortunately, it ran out of water before it vacuum mopped the entire area. It's easy to remove the mop plate for cleaning. Also remove the whole plastic plate if you are just going to vacuum. Otherwise, the Velcro that holds on the mop pad would pick up any pet hair on the floor. With no spinning roller brush, just front spinning side brushes and a suction hole, it didn't do a great job on the carpet compared to my other robot vac and my standard vacuum cleaner.

gets stuck on every rug no matter the pile height! not impressed with the cleaning and suction. i still have to use my cordless vacuum to clean the floors after this robot vac. also, when plugged in random beeping all through the night. Tried to google reasoning and still happen ls. do not recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to love this! I was so excited! I'm a busy single mom, so I didn't get it opened to use before the return window expired... Or it would be going back. Gave it ⭐⭐ because the vacuum on it is decent. I tried low water, max water, random, zig zag... And the result is the same. I would have to use this thing for an entire day for it to get every spot on the floor. So disappointed. And it just has you use water... I feel like it needs cleaner.

If you’re looking for something to do more than just go over the spots lightly with a wet cloth, this is NOT the product for you. The vacuum functionality is great, mopping not so much. Returned after day 1

I have had my MAMNV for about 8 Months, and no maohow I clean it, it will go for only a short time before quitting and beeping, throwing an overload error. It worked well for about 4 months, then started to quit almost anywhere. I took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly, and it helped for a short while, but now stops all the time, even after a thorough cleaning. This is not a durable product. Save your money for a more expensive model.

I bought Steve based on his affordability and mostly glowing reviews. In his defense, let me start with:1. I got what I paid for. I’ve had other, more expensive smart vacuums, and Steve, well, just ain’t smart.2. My house is a circus. I have two teenage kids at home who I swear share a pact to not allow me to have anything nice. I also have four always-filthy, in-house dogs, including a Great Pyrenees who sheds his body weight in hair weekly and spawns 328 hair/dust bunnies in every corner of my rooms and stairs every. single. day.Now for my experience with Steve:I’m an empathetic person and, in the couple weeks I had him, shared some heart-to-hearts with Steve like: “Hey, buddy, I know this house sucks real bad and it’s dirty. Trust me, I’ve lived here a long time and I get it. I feel real bad for you. I’m sorry you didn’t get chosen by someone at a better, cleaner house. I am embarrassed by the filth you see and must try to overcome. I’m also sorry for the foul language you hear every. single. time. you REFUSE to avoid that one. freaking. bump between the hall and the livingroom that you KNOW you can’t make it over. I know you love that place, but you’ve tried 83-eleven times already!!”Steve also couldn’t tell when his bin was full of dirt or when his brushes were no longer working properly because of hair etc. My other vacuums knew. Sigh.Only a few weeks after Steve was forced to move in here, he couldn’t take it anymore and quit. No resignation letter. No notice. No “screw you!” He just checked out and refused to charge.Returned a couple weeks ago and still waiting on a refund. I’m sure it’s coming. Perhaps it’s just as “slow” as Steve. Le sigh.Edit: refund received!

1) The robot can't move between our kitchen and living room because there is a room separator of less than a 1/4 inch high between the floors.2) There is a drop of about 2 inches between the living room and the family room; the robot does not have depth detection and drops onto the family room side and gets stuck in between (on the ledge).3) The family room has a small rug in the middle of the room; the robot is not able to vacuum the rug and gets stuck trying to climb onto the rug, until the battery drains!

Terrible product

It stopped releasing water for mopping after 30 days. We really enjoyed it until that happened!
