Nice unit, doesn't throw out alot of heat, takes awhile to get the chill out.

Works okay but does not generate as much heat as other brands of the same kind of radiator heater that I have owned. I will spend a little more money next time to get a brand that puts out more heat.

Great unit and I would like to give it a higher rating, but design doesn't make sense. Why would you put the cord on the same end as the power lights? The lights are intended to show you the unit is on, but they are on the same side as where the cord is attached to the unit. If you try to extend the unit as far away from the wall as possible, the lights are facing towards the wall and most likely away from the user. It would make much more sense to attach the cord on the opposite end of the lights. All in all, I am happy with the unit and it meets my needs.

The heater did not put it out enough heat. I have used Oil field heaters for years, so I know how they’re supposed to be. In order to get enough heat I had to crank it way up. I didn’t want to use that much energy. The heat didn’t seem to travel far enough from the heater. And I used it in the small bedroom where it was literally a foot or less from my bed. The good part is that the sellers were very, very nice. They refunded my money and told me I didn’t even have to return it. (first they offered to refund me $25. I said I wanted a full refund.)

While the unit is quiet for the most part, it did not meet expectations. I purchased 2 of these units and am disappointed in them. They do NOT get very hot or impact the temperature of the room enough. The high setting IMO feels more like medium. I am sorry I purchased 2, wish I had only bought 1. However, for those with kids or pets they might appreciate the unit not getting very hot. This is my 2nd time posting a review. I posted my very 1st amazon review, then the company (Desiree) contacted me & left a message. I called them back yesterday & left a message, then called again to speak with someone & was on hold for 1 hour 3 minutes before finally hanging up! For some unexplained reason my 1st review was taken down after the company left me a message. Due to the lengthy wait time which did NOT result in me speaking with customer service, & the fact my initial review was taken down (which seems shady on amazon's part) I was close to giving 2 stars, but I will stick with my original 3 stars since that seems fair.

I've been using these for like 2 years now and some of them sometimes make a screeching sound when they turn on. One of them it goes on for almost a whole minute before it stops. The on/off click is also quite loud. I bought 5 of these and I'm overall pretty happy with them but in retrospect I should have selected a heater with an actual temperature setting. These ones have none, it's just a dial and I never know what to set them to, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold, it would be nice to be able to set it to a specific temperature. As far as heating power goes these are quite good. Also the little wheels are very sturdy, none have broken in all this time. I prefer radiator heat over forced air, that's the main reason why I have these. I would give 3.5 stars if I could.

It works ok. Doesn't seem to put off as much heat as the one I've had for years. I needed an extra one for my basement but don't think this one will help that much. Not that great for the price.
