It’s ok for vacuuming what you can see but doesn’t have the suction to get it all. It takes a few tries to get the cat hair up too!!

Did a bunch of research for a vacuum and decided on this. It’s a good vacuum, not sure if it would last 10 years though. I debated about the zero-M and probably should have bought that. We don’t have pets but somehow hair does get tangled around the rollers and all. The vacuum is top heavy. Really like the cordless feature. Somehow it just seems too tall. Overall a good vacuum.

I am sorry I purchased this vacuum even though there is much to like. If you live in a suburb or city this vacuum has a lot of nice features and would make many consumers happy. The flexibility is great and being cordless makes vacuuming easier. However I live in a rural setting and in the short time that I have owned this vacuum I have spent a great deal of time taking it apart searching for clogs. I have large dogs and vacuum a lot of animal fur. The hair gets stuck around the small wheels by the roller and sometimes will attach to the roller and not be pulled into the vacuum. If you go over a small leaf, it can cause a clog. I find it frustrating to use. I am going back to using a shop vacuum.

This is great for really small cleanups, but it lacks the suction power to do a good job on anything besides basically dust. It clogs up extremely easily, and some of the spots are very hard to get the clog out. I fortunately had a metal rod that I could stick down the middle portion in order to get a big clog unstuck, but the elbow near the bottom was very hard to get unstuck. The thread cutter is a great idea in theory, but in practice it doesn't work very well. I had to clean out a huge amount of pet hair, human hair, carpet threads, etc after using it just a few times when we were doing clean up after moving. granted, this is probably a little bit more cleaning than this little vacuum should have been used for, but my regular sized vacuum had just quit during the middle of moving, so this was all I had. The good thing is that the soft brush roller was very easy to pop out and clean and get back in. I love the versatility of being able to use it as a handheld or as a floor vacuum. As I said, the suction power isn't the greatest, but it does work for quick little cleanups, and it's the vacuum that I keep in my kitchen closet for ease of access. It is nice and lightweight, so it's much easier to haul out than my Kirby, but the Kirby obviously beats it, no comparison. The vacuum that had quit during moving was a Dyson, and that also had way more function power obviously, since it was an upright model.
