To me, refurbished, would at least be cleaned, but the whole vacuum looks, like someone cleaned and abandoned dusty house, returned it and then someone sent me the vacuum without refurbishing. I got no manual with it, so I don't even know if there are any pieces missing. For $100, I did not expect to get a filthy vacuum. I could hav bought one at the Goodwill in this condition for $30. I have requested a refund and I hope that Tanga wants a repeat customer and will take this back and not require for me to pay them return shipping for an item that should have actually have been donated to a thrift store.

Have not been able to charge either of the batteries. Sent away for another charger because it was cheaper than getting new batteries. The new charger doesnt work, so I guess I have to buy new batteries. Not happy.

BUYER BEWARE! The description clearly states multiple times that this vacuum comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. I ordered it and it only came with one. Was then told that the description was inaccurate. Poor quality inspection for an Amazon Renewed product.

Did not even get to use it, because it came broken right out of the box, I was super excited to get this and did NOT expect it to be broken!! It will be going back!!!!

I read the reviews before I purchased the refurbished shark ion vacuum. Seen some saying that the vacuum was delivered to them dirty, worn down, hair in the rollers.... thought maybe they were exaggerating or that it was a one off..... nope! They werent exaggerating. I'll add to it. Filter was disgusting as well. Will never buy refurbished again. Dont waste your time

My product came with pretty significant cosmetic damage and a strange moth ball-like smell.After vacuuming my house I’ve found more problems and will be lowering to one star. The top part of the unit does not fully “click” into place easily, so this falls off in storage mode repeatedly. This is effecting the connection to the brush roll and led light which shut off intermittently while vacuuming even when the motor is running and brush rolls are down. The motor also sounds very high pitched like the filter is clogged but it appears clean.It does clean well when it works, and has a decent battery life but I should have bought new.This I the first and last time I’ll be ordering “renewed.” Now I have to weigh the hassle of returning this faulty machine with a box the size of myself vs. dealing with it until it stops working completely.

I wanted to love it. I have a dog and wanted a cordless vac so it would be simpler to grab and clean up his food crumbs, hair (short hair), etc. But the brushes stop turning 4 minutes in and i have to trim away the littlest bits of hair before i can go on. And i mean the LITTLEST bits. If the brushes aren't turning, it isn't picking anything up so it takes me 30 minutes to vac a 12 x 30 room. Honestly the worst vacuum i've ever owned. I called customer service and was quickly given a refund and a shipping label. I asked if there was something wrong with it that we could check out over the phone and he said no. Since it worked again after cleaning the roller brush, that meant it was fine and i could return it simply because it didn't perform as expected. So that was easy enough, but that they say this is normal for this machine is silly.
