Itesm co stantly get stuck inside hose where it bends. It worked great for about six months and now it seems to have lost suction. Not happy especially considering the price.

I really wanted to be satisfied with this vacuum. It is lightweight and easy to use. I like that it comes with 2 batteries. It is great to just be able to pop a fresh battery in and keep going when one runs out of charge. It's also great that I can simply buy a new battery if they wear out. However, if you need something to pick up pet hair, this is not the vacuum for you. The dust cup doesn't work well with pet hair. At first I thought I could just empty it more often and I was willing to do that for how convenient this little guy is to use. Unfortunately, the stick is very easily clogged with hair as well, leading to a lot of time spent cleaning it out. If all you have is every day dirt and dust, this thing would be wonderful for quick, daily cleanups. If you have pets, look elsewhere.

I love my traditional Shark vacuum so when my Hoover stick vac quit I was excited to buy this. So disappointed. It's definitely got a lot of suction power and I like that it suctions down to the wood floors so nothing shoots out the back. I like that it flexes so it can stand on its own. However, I have a dog that sheds, a puppy that chews things up, and kids that leave Capri Sun straw wrappers on the floor. EVERYTHING clogs this vacuum. Dog hair? Clog. Fun size candy wrapper? Clog. Fluff from a chewed up stuffed animal? Clog. Then it overheats really quickly and smells like burning plastic. And none of the spots that clog come apart like in my other Shark vac so I'm stuck banging the hose on the floor hoping the clog dislodges. You have to take the vacuum apart to empty the dirt cup. The thing that cleans the roller gets clogged with dog hair and then dirt gets trapped in it and flies everywhere making a bigger mess. It's MUCH heavier than the Hoover it replaced and even though my battery lasts more like 20 minutes, it's so heavy that I can't do 20 minutes straight without my arm getting sore. When I try to vacuum my couch the roller can't move, thinks it's clogged, and shuts the whole vacuum down. All in all, if I had paid less than $100 for this vacuum I would be happy. However, considering the price point a lot of the design flaws are unacceptable imo.

It gets stopped easily and the suction really gets bad.I wouldn’t buy a refurbished one again but would get a new one.

It’s ok for vacuuming what you can see but doesn’t have the suction to get it all. It takes a few tries to get the cat hair up too!!

Did a bunch of research for a vacuum and decided on this. It’s a good vacuum, not sure if it would last 10 years though. I debated about the zero-M and probably should have bought that. We don’t have pets but somehow hair does get tangled around the rollers and all.The vacuum is top heavy. Really like the cordless feature. Somehow it just seems too tall. Overall a good vacuum.

I am sorry I purchased this vacuum even though there is much to like. If you live in a suburb or city this vacuum has a lot of nice features and would make many consumers happy. The flexibility is great and being cordless makes vacuuming easier. However I live in a rural setting and in the short time that I have owned this vacuum I have spent a great deal of time taking it apart searching for clogs. I have large dogs and vacuum a lot of animal fur. The hair gets stuck around the small wheels by the roller and sometimes will attach to the roller and not be pulled into the vacuum. If you go over a small leaf, it can cause a clog. I find it frustrating to use. I am going back to using a shop vacuum.

This is great for really small cleanups, but it lacks the suction power to do a good job on anything besides basically dust. It clogs up extremely easily, and some of the spots are very hard to get the clog out. I fortunately had a metal rod that I could stick down the middle portion in order to get a big clog unstuck, but the elbow near the bottom was very hard to get unstuck. The thread cutter is a great idea in theory, but in practice it doesn't work very well. I had to clean out a huge amount of pet hair, human hair, carpet threads, etc after using it just a few times when we were doing clean up after moving. granted, this is probably a little bit more cleaning than this little vacuum should have been used for, but my regular sized vacuum had just quit during the middle of moving, so this was all I had. The good thing is that the soft brush roller was very easy to pop out and clean and get back in. I love the versatility of being able to use it as a handheld or as a floor vacuum. As I said, the suction power isn't the greatest, but it does work for quick little cleanups, and it's the vacuum that I keep in my kitchen closet for ease of access. It is nice and lightweight, so it's much easier to haul out than my Kirby, but the Kirby obviously beats it, no comparison. The vacuum that had quit during moving was a Dyson, and that also had way more function power obviously, since it was an upright model.

We bought this just for our tile floors, and it does pick up the dust & grit. But it is top heavy, nearly twice the weight of the expensive D___n brand. My wife has a weak right arm and struggles with the motor unit. A decent buy if you have a strong arm.
