I have had several little green pet with the side tanks that worked well and lasted several years. This model not so. Mine doesn’t spray and barely sucks. I worked and worked trying to clean up a pet mess. My daughter had used it once before and failed to tell me that it worked poorly straight out of the box.

We've had this machine since August and it constantly leaks water on our floor. I called Bissell and asked for a refund but they said that I had to bring it to one of their service centers to be fixed instead. I did that, but the guy said there's nothing wrong with it. So I'm still stuck with a machine that leaks (see photo). I will NEVER buy a Bissell product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for 2 years now. I think it cleans pretty well, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to clean the machine itself. It does not disassemble for cleaning purposes and so I have gunk, tiny pet hairs, mold, etc stuck to the interior sides of the hose and in the suction apparatus. I have used vinegar, soap, and hot water to try to clean the suction apparatus and hose but there are too many vercices for that to work. If I could take apart and clean it with a brush, there would be no problem, but the machine does not disassemble. It is, therefore, a stronghold for mold and gunk to accumulate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a follow up to a review several months ago. Per Bissell's recommendations I need to "clean" the machine after use. Well I did so! Since then I have had to take apart the machine seven or eight times to clean out the clog in the suction line. IT IS A BAD DESIGN!! TOO MANY BENDS AND NOT EASLY CLEANABLE. See attached photos. This machine needs to be redesigned and the older versions all shown in the trash! I use this machine. constantly and even cleaning it out after use it still gets clogged. Please change the design!

I’m on my 3rd machine covered by warranty in 5 months. Bought machine cleans Carpet awesome the first couple times. Flush out machine as bussele says to do but it clogs up and doesn’t suck up anymore both times. Took to the same repair shop guys says can’t fix the issue and orders replacement get second back sesame thing after 2 maybe 3 uses. It crapped out on me while flushing it out. So I’m waiting for number 3 the repair says it’s going to happen again to keep the warranty. No save yourself time and heartache and get a something else. You’re not going to get your money back from bussele either.

I open the box to use it and there was no bottle cap for the fresh water tank. We order one, no big deal. I go to use it today and the machine instantly leaks when the fresh water container is placed. I am so disappointed. I would not purchase again and will be returning it to the store we bought it from.

Be careful with ordering this product from target. My machine was defective, would not work. Shipped it back to target through ups and they denied the return. No refund so I am out the money and they have the machine. Trying to call their customer service and they are out of the country and cannot understand that they received the item but would not refund my money. So no machine and no refund. I will not be ordering any longer from Target, horrible customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this vacuum in hopes to clean up small messes from my dog. I was disappointed when I left my carpet completely saturated in the vacuum can pull the water out. Thinking that maybe it was my carpet I used it on the corner of my couch and then it left that corner completely saturated. I end up having to use a towel to pull the water out. I immediately issued the return. They're charging me a five dollar return fee, but the device is still in transit so we'll see how smoothly this goes.

Leaking and the suction is poor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean my couches because we have fur babies and well it really their couches that they allow company to use when they come over. Anyhoo it worked amazing the first 3 times I used it each were small jobs, one chair, a part of the mattress and my car seat. I have company coming for Father's Day wanted to spruce up the furniture (why I bought this) and the spray mechanism will not work correctly it just dribbles out. How can I effectively clean if I can't effectively spray the cleaning solution? Don't is now just an expensive miniature vacuum.
