We liked this in the beginning, but i should come with a self-cleaning tool. Residual buildup gets stuck in the hose and smells something aweful. Also, the hose broke, which I unfortunate.

It sprays hot soapy water, and then wet-vacs some of the dirty water back into a tank, leaving the upholstery very wet. You could do the same thing with a spray bottle, a brush, and a wet/dry vac. This appliance came up when I searched for steam cleaners, and it’s definitely not that.

All the videos and pics show the Pet Pro (#2891) with the clear hose that looks pretty flexible. We got a black and pretty stiff hose.... not sure if we have an old model or new one?? My chat person said it is the new hose.... but why would Bissell not update all their images?
