Two of my nozzles stopped working properly, but customer service replaced them quickly. Very pleased with that. All in all I am very satisfied with the product.

I pulled out my new machine, holding judgement but thinking this is going to be bad. Twenty minutes later, WALLAH, you would never have known that the carpet was soiled. Ended up using my new machine four more times and each time, it worked 100%

It is easy to switch attachment heads, it has good sucking power, easy to dump out dirty water and to rinse and clean the dirty water tank so it can dry properly. Easy to clean pet messes and clean upholstery too! Wish I got it a long time ago.
