[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine cleans well. However, the pet tool snagged my sofa. The other tool that came with the machine in smooth, but the pet tool has sharp corners. It snagged my sofa twice before I realized what was happening.

The first time we used it, it worked great. Emptied it right away. Second time using it, it leaked while using it. Then it would leak when not in use.

I finally pulled this out to use it. Way past the return date so now I’m stuck with it. It BROKE on the first use. The water started leaking out and wouldn’t it come out of the nozzle. Extremely disappointing. Now I’m stuck with an expensive vacuum that doesn’t work, and I can’t get my money back.

Put water everywhere by the side of the handle. I was wet after using it, as well as my floor. It was a mess. Moreover, it did not wash properly, I had stain after using it.

They did not send the product and I have had a terrible time trying to contact anyone. It is now 2 weeks later and they tell me the product no longer exists and try to give me cheaper lesser models for more than their purchase price.
