[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this cleaner on a carpet that was too big. It should be for smaller area rugs, stairs, upholstery, etc. It cleans very well but it takes a lot of physical effort, especially on a big carpet. I returned it and got an upright cleaner.

I have now used it on my vehicle and sofas. It has left them smelling fresh and looking clean! I rinse the machine with hot water and a little vinegar after I using it and it cleans itself.
