[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PROS: Small, compact design makes it very portable and easy to carry around; Cleans stains well; Easy to clean CONS: Loud; Has a somewhat short hose; No place to store attachments I used this machine to rid my (very poor quality) carpet of old urine stains from an old, incontinent dog. Whenever she has an accident, I always soak up what I can with towels and then spray with a carpet cleaning product (most recently I had been using Folex.) I'm not sure, but I think the actual cleaner I was using is what was leaving the big stains. The Bissell Little Green Pet Pro worked great to remove these gross eyesores. I used the machine with the Pet Pro Oxy Urine Eliminator and Oxy Boost cleaning formula. I spent about 10-15 min per stain: spraying, scrubbing, and vacuuming. I don't know if I needed to spend quite so much time, but I REALLY wanted those stains gone! The dirty tank water was such a dark brown, it was almost black! To empty the dirty tank, make sure to rotate the blue handle allll the way over the other side so that the lid can be removed. Doing that, emptying and rinsing the tank is a breeze. It's been a little over a week since I used this on my carpet and so far I haven't seen any of the old stains resurface. Hooray! #sweepstakes

Performs as stated by the manufacturer. If you purchase one, you will never regret it. It will pay for itself in a matter of months. This thing works just as well (if not better) and is much easier to clean :) #sweepstakes
