Volume conrolling is not possible. Only 3 or 4 volume steps work. Even when set to the minimum level, the sound is too loud.

Battery life is great, sound quality is good, but i’ve had issues with connection, they some times unpair and that is frustrating...

Sound quality is good. Battery is great. But It doesn’t stay snug in the ear. Easily comes off the ear.

I like the around the neck bluetooth so these were a great pick but they won't connect automatically to my phone I have to go into the settings every time

These ear buds worked great but after a few days they wouldn’t charge past halfway. I had to return them.

Sound quality is good and ear buds stay in place all day without irritation. Battery life with noise cancellation off will last all day no problem. With noise cancellation on the battery life is less than 9 hours, I ran out of battery on the way home after leaving it on. Noise cancellation is ineffective on two settings and actively reduces the audio quality on the third. I returned the first headset hoping it was defective, the replacement performed the same.
