I bought them for their ANC capabilities. Sadly they did not live up to my expectations. I expected them to help while I was outside, with neighborhood noise and landscaping. I could not determine that they were any different than my non-ANC earbuds. They have good battery life and good sound and pair easily to my equipment. So they are ok for general use.

UPDATE: Sadly I have to update my previous 5☆ review to a 3 ☆. Now, my budds will NOT take a charge at all. It's been more than 30 days so I cannot return or exchange. I used these 5 days/wk for up to 10hrs a day for work. Sound quality was great. Length of the cord excellent I couldn't be happier until it would NOT charge. (PREVIOUS 5 ☆ REVIEW: Battery life is good. I use mine for phone calls mainly and am on my phone several hours a day. The battery lasts a couple days easily. Music sounds good the bluetooth has good range.)

While I'm sitting still, things work well. When I'm riding my bicycle, there are a lot of dropouts (the sound goes all crunchy so that a second of the audio is lost; dropouts usually come in a rapid series). That's true whether the phone is in my pants pocket (so moving as I pedal) or in my backpack (so stationary). My phone is somewhat old, so perhaps it's that. Or maybe people just put up with dropouts for bluetooth connectivity, the way people have come to accept that cellular voice connections are way lower fidelity than wired telephony?

For the short time I've had them I've had to have them replaced because the batt did not last and charging never seemed to get to 100%. Replacement came quick so that's a plus. Sound quality isn't bad so I'm happy with that aspect. New buds have been on the charger for 2 days and still only show 90% charge. What charger could they want you to use since you only get a cord? Review would be higher if batt charging time was less than a week to 100٪

I had an earlier version of these which I loved. These were a replacement pair. The cord that goes around neck is very stiff at first. Hoping it gets better. Different than original. Also ear buds are different and not nearly as comfortable as the original. The sound quality is fine, and both sides work. Very frustrating when you go to buy something you have bought before, and they have changed the design. Not sure I will buy these again. I like the brand though. The first pair I ever bought were awesome. Maybe these will be too after I get used to them.

I bought these a while ago when they were $40 and even at $40 it's not worth it. You can buy truly wireless earbuds for the same price with ANC as well. not worth it at all. only lasted about 3 months of light use and the play button broke making it useless. ANC is awful as well. sound is fine though.

This is my second pair of these headphones. I was hoping that my first experience was a fluke (they died long before the 1yr warranty expired) and it's happened again with a second pair. This time they lasted only 4 months--and I find that unacceptable for headphones that cost $80+. Yes, I've done all the trouble-shooting steps. The first pair died when they suddenly wouldn't charge anymore. The second pair died because the center power/pause button flat stopped working. I cannot turn them on. Is it cheap solder? Faulty wiring? No idea... The thing is, the quality of sound, sound cancelling, wearability, etc. IS GREAT. They're even legit water-resistant, which is excellent for cyclists like me. I love these things... when they're working. But less than 4 months for $80 headphones... come on, Jlab.

Used it for work and lasted about 3 weeks before they stopped charging. Noise cancel feature only worked first day.
