While the battery life is great and they are comfortable around my neck (though the ear inserts are too big and painful after about 20 mins in), they drive me CRAZY. I use them solely for work calls (with my iPhone 12 Pro Max) and if I get up from my desk to go to the printer, as I do several times a day, the bluetooth disconnects and does not reconnect until I turn it off and back on again- I did not have this problem with other headsets. I finally got so fed up with it today that I decided to return them but now it's too late (I've had them since the end of December- so barely a month and a half). I've wasted $80 because I will definitely be replacing them with something else.

I've had these headphones for about 6 weeks now, and loved them for the first 4. The sound quality is pretty good - certainly as good as you can expect from this style of headphone, and at this price point. The battery life started out great but has rapidly degraded and is the main reason for the rating I'm giving them. At the beginning they'd last most of a workday on a single charge (not quite through the whole thing), but these days they won't charge up past 70% regardless of how long they're charged, and they die at 40%, for about 2 hours of playtime (without noise-cancelling on).

The battery life is embarrassingly poor. Died on me so soon. Didn’t even last 3 months or so.

After about 5 weeks of continuous use the life of the battery would drain faster. Of course, 30 days to return had expired. Now I am stuck with a set of wireless headphones that I can't use wirelessly. The sound is amazing and the noise cancellation is good.

Enjoyed these for the year they worked. Having the ANC was great for activities like mowing the lawn and stuff. Both let me enjoy audible and protect my ears from the noise. Until recently, the only complaint was that you would get "battery medium" for 19 of the 20 hrs of charge, "battery full" for the first 50 min, and get 5-10 min of "low battery" before they died. Bit of roullette when you turn it on: do i have 15+ hours left, or do i have 15 minutes. Telling me the percentage when turning on would be best. But in the end I have to give 2 stars as they are already stopped working. Seems like the glue holding the main button down must have come unseated over time. So now i can't turn them on or off anymore. So clearly cheap manufacture and poor physical design
