Loved it have dogs and lots of kids the carpet looks amazing after we used the machine.

Love this machine! Did a fabulous job on my carpets, and I have dogs! Paid itself back with just the first cleaning!

I bought this to thoroughly clean my carpets, however I don't feel that it gets really deep down. I have pets who have random accidents in my house and I just feel that using the handheld hose and scrubber on my hands and knees does a better job than the actual big part when pushing it around the house. I do love that it has a detachable hose that you can get on your knees and clean small messes! I love how much liquid it can hold in the clean tanks as well as the dirty tanks. The carpet cleaner is not super heavy and easy to push around the house. It also pulls up the water quite well. There is no battery life on this machine as it needs to be plugged in to the wall. I do recommend this overall but if you want that real deep scrub... Well you're probably going to need a different carpet cleaner. It is Big so make sure you have a decent place to store it. When I received it oh, the box was damaged however it was packed really well and the carpet cleaner was not damaged. It is big but easy to put together.

I have had a few different carpet cleaners over the years and so far this one is my favourite. It all comes apart very easily to clean. I like that the cleaning solution has it's own chamber and you can easily switch between cleaner and plain water to rinse.The only issue I ran into is that after using it for an extended period of time in one session the suction stopped (it does this when the machine believes the tank is full) because the filter was getting clogged up with sand that was deep in the carpet. I vacuumed thoroughly with a Dyson beforehand but it wasn't able to suck it all up I guess. Anyway, the filter can very easily be rinsed so it wasn't a big problem for me.

I purchased this to clean my carpets but also to clean an old chair I have. After cleaning half of the chair the spray nozzle stopped spraying. After a lot of research, it was because my hose was too high up and the hose will not work if it is higher than the vacuum itself. With a lot of maneuvering, I was able to clean the chair well. Otherwise, it works great for carpets and is easy to clean.

It’s great only thing is that the suction could be a little stronger however it’s much much better and lighter then the previous one I had (bissel) easy to clean out the dirty water tank which I love.

So far so good. Worked better than my bissel. Hope it last years not like my bissel

The cord is to short, I like the new clean water tank separation of clean water and cleaning solution.Cleans well.

My carpets were not cleaned for 7 years with heavy smokers and pets. It looked golden -yellow from the smoke when it was beige in colour. This machine brought it's colour back.HIGHLY impressed by the job it did.
