I really like the dual tanks, solution and rinse. The machine is a bit heavy.

It was good over all!

The hand held suction is pretty weak but overall is good.

The gasket for the dirty water chamber had small tears in it but doesn't seem to affect the performance until pouring out the waste water where it will spill out. Didn't bother returning it since we decided to use it and still worked well.

It’s ok for the price I was expecting something a lot better

Immediately after opening the box I could tell it had been opened previously. The styrofoam was broken and upon investigation using the “carton contents” page in the handbook there were several pieces missing. Absolutely disgusted that they would send an opened returned item to someone who had not chosen the “opened box” option.What a waste of time.

First use and our carpet cleaner was pouring water out of the bottom of it when not running. Tried to look for where it was coming from and made sure all connections were in place. Hopefully just a dud but won't be replacing it with the same model.

Going on a second try. The first one must've been faulty because it had destroyed the accessory turbine completely after one use. We shall see how the replacement does.

I do not know who actually wrote these reviews, but I believe them to be fake. This machine works great for about 5 months and then the water tank starts leaking because of the cheap plastic design, and the machine itself just stops working. I attempted to replace the water tank and they want $100 for the tank that will just start leaking again within a few months. This is my fourth Hoover carpet cleaner; all different makes and models and they all did the EXACT same thing. I know two other people personally that the same thing happened to. Total garbage and a total scam. Do not buy it.
