Super comfortable ergonomic grip, sharp blades, easy to use!

I had a pair of Martha Stewart pruners and they literally fell apart after many years of use. I could not find a replacement so I went looking and saw these. When I blew up the picture I noticed that they were very, if not exactly, similar to the Martha Stewart version. I bought them and have not been disappointed. They are sharp (I'm sure I try - and succeed - cutting branches larger that they are designed for) and fit nicely in my hand and the handles are padded. I have used them for a few weeks now and am very pleased.

Easy lock. Very comfortable in my hand. Very sharp. To the negative reviews I say that this, like any tool or piece of equipment, they need to be maintained. This has only three screws to keep an eye on. After use, I check to see if they need tightened. A little 3 in 1 oil on the blade and keeping it clean. This like any tool, it has its limitations. I purchased this for cutting shrubs and other flowering plants. I wouldn’t recommend it for cutting back tree branches. There are better tools designed for that purpose.

Bought to trim a tree who's branches where scratching on a window; even the thicker ones were no match for these.
