We bought this for Christmas but just brought it out for the summer and the slide immediately ripped at the bottom, about a 6 inch hole with regular use from 2 lightweight children, after the very first time we used it. I’m not sure how it can be fixed. It looks like it would need to be sewn rather than patched. It is also is much smaller than I thought. The bounce area is about 4 feet by four feet, it’s shorter than I thought too, the top of the slide is about 5 feet up. It was a good size for my 2 year old, it seems a little too small for a 6 year old. For 200$ and one use, I should have rented an epic bouncy castle for 1 day, because they would have had a lot more fun for the same price. I bought another one at Walmart for less in the past, and it was a much bigger bounce area and better quality. I like the design, but not the quality, and I think the picture is deceptive in regard to size.

We decided to keep it after discovering large hole on the side of the pool area because return is complicated. It's serviceable.

Used it 3 times now it won’t air up properly

Complete garbage never. The material was torn in several spots the reading was coming apart. Didn’t stay up enough to hold weight of small children.

its been hot these past couple days and not being able to go anywhere because of the COVID-19 my kids were very exited when we received the bouncer...plugged it in to test it out and there was a Big hole on the bottom of slide..the stitching was missing or came apart..my kids were super disappointed when I had to disconnect the jumper and roll it back up and place it back in the box and mail it back..(which was not free, nor cheap to mail back!!) so if you buy one of these, please check to see if it has any holes while the kids aren't around..or else you're gonna have some very disappointed children

Did not like that it didn’t come with a blower, and it has 3 holes in it and water will not hold in the bottom

Well, just got it out of the box, and it has a hole at the seems, underneath by the water cannon thing. So bow I have 6 toddlers here crying. NOT HAPPY

Good for about one month before it falls to pieces!

Low quality the air leaks out and can’t even handle my 8 year old. Very disappointed
