This item is clearly used and was not listed as such. It was FILTHY when we opened it. Stains, dirt, faded material, and possible mold all over it. We will make it work but we should get a partial refund just for the fact that this item is NOT new.

We were so excited to use this today, but as soon as we set it up, we noticed the slide was flat due to a hole at the bottom of the slide.

My daughter loved it. It’s a piece of garbage. We used it 4 times with 1 child of 30 lbs. A hole developed on the bottom of the bounce part.

My boys loved this last year when it was new (2 & 4 year old's) . My only complaint was that I wish the pool stayed inflated when the blower was off so you could keep the water instead of it constantly draining after each use. Other than that I was pleased. First use of year two (boys now 3 & 5) and about a 3 foot tear in the bouncer section along a seam after about 30 minutes of play. I thought I would get more than one season out of this.
