Awful setup. Couldn’t connect and ended up returning

Doesn’t connect. Set up is terrible. Lack of customer service. Awful gift and such a disappointment

Tried for hours to get this thing set up. Never could get it connected to my Wi-Fi. Bought this for my daughter’s birthday - she was so excited but sadly I’ll be returning it.

Absolutely ridiculous. If you have any sort of decent internet, don’t count on connecting it. And you have to initially set it up on wifi in order for it to work. Insane that you spend that kind of money and it can’t be used on decent wifi.

I wanted to love this. I love the idea, however, it would not connect to my internet no matter what I did to troubleshoot. Also, for a company that claims they “pride themselves on inclusivity”… they definitely aren’t very inclusive to everyone. First free thing that popped up on the app was about drag queens. Nothing in the Christian genre-I searched. Why not have both? Will be returning and not spending a dime with this company again.

The Tonie Box is a great product but the pink boxes have trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi for some reason and the Tonie support is no help. The Elsa box works great and we love it for stories and songs just don’t get the pink one. Big hassle.

This tonies box is an absolute disaster to connect to home WiFi… it took 1 hour with having to YouTube solutions and eventually I had to connect to my husband’s hotspot in his cell phone and use my laptop AND my cell phone to set it up. That’s the only way I could get it to connect. ALSO it didn’t hold a charge off of the charger. FORTUNATELY, tonies customer service was excellent and sent a replacement box directly from the site and it was flawless with the set up. Overall, just go buy the pink box from the tonies website NOT HERE
