The set up was terrible. It took me all day on Christmas reading articles on the tonies website on how to correct my “ant” error code and the email from tonies support that didn’t help. I was ready to just take the box and tonies I bought back then i read reviews on targets website and figured out the trick is to use my phone as a hotspot and do the setup on a COMPUTER. The tonies email said use the phone as a hotspot and use another tablet, phone or computer to do the set up. When I pulled my computer out and used my phone as a hotspot, the tonie box set right up.
