Giving this 2 stars only because of the difficulty to set up. It The product is great after you get it started. It takes a number of steps like downloading app and finding the Wi-Fi in your home in order to work. That is all fine but we had trouble connecting to the box and we finally realized we needed to reset the box which the instructions don't really tell you to do.

Tried to set this up for hours using every device and connection possible. Ended up exchanging only to have the same problem. I happened to find that you can request a replacement with updated software directly from tonies, so waiting on that one and hoping for better luck.

Had to get a replacement sent because the first one wouldn't even get through step 2 of the set up process. Expensive and a week after it was set up my daughter completely forgot about it.

Over priced, tech lacking,

Overpriced for what it is , Hard to set up took over an hour , and why does a music box need Wi-Fi ? My daughter wanted it to do more , but that’s not surprising because she’s a busybody active 3 year old . She danced to the 10 second peppa intro song and then left the room . Tried again the next day and she didn’t want to play with it at all . I would think this would’ve been better for a baby in a playpen age who isn’t mobile .. even then I don’t think my active daughter would’ve liked then either. Not for us , returned it .
