It is top heavy. Will even slide down if leaned on furniture. Also, it didn’t pick up dust next to the baseboards.kind of disappointed.

Had to return bc it does not stand up on its own. You would have to lean it against a wall which just doesn’t work for us. I was really disappointed bc the reviews were good but that is a dealbreaker. It’s also really heavy on top where you hold it. Just all around awkward.

the vacuum is top heavy, it doesn't stand up on it's own, falls over very easily and it wasn't easy to maneuver. It has great suction, I like Shark products, but overall wasn't worth it on this one, I'm returning it.

I really do like this vac. It picks up nicely and works great on edges.I gave it only 3 stars as it is too top heavy to stand upright without leaning it against some sturdy.

I bought this vacuum to replace a cordless one that was not powerful enough. This one is definitely powerful, and it's super easy to clean. On that front I'm very happy. BUT- it's so loud it hurts my ears. I use it with a pair of headphones on. Also the powercord is not easy to wrap and it's not long enough. It's probably ok for an apartment but if you have a large house you have to constantly unplug/replug it. Perhaps for a new model they'll consider a retractable cord that is longer, and some way to muffle the noise?

The suction is good and it seemed to handle long hair (I've only used it once) but even with the odor neutralizing thing turned off, you can still smell it. If you are sensitive to fragrances, I'd buy something else.

It’s heavy. It won’t stand up on its own. Wife is not happy with this product. She just said she wouldn’t purchase this again

This vac has great suction but it’s not self propelled like my Shark Ion. I was a bit disappointed in the effort it takes to vacuum over carpet.

This vacuum is as lightweight as it claims. And it is powerful -- having so much suction that it sucks onto the carpet so tight it is very difficult to move in any direction without substantial oomph. That almost contradicts the reason for having a lighter weight vacuum; what good is lighter if it sucks so hard you can't move it?! My first experience using this caused a deep blister on the thumb or one hand, and a blood blister on the opposite hand which was trying to help move the sucking-stuck vac along -- the vac had such resistance that the dust cup was separating enough to pinch flesh.I'm keeping this vac only because the box for it is already gone out in the recycle trash. If I could return it in its brand new condition without a box I'd do so. I also recommend to Shark that it consider adding a carpet height option. Being able to raise the wheels just a bit would better allow the vac to do its job without literally attaching itself to the carpet.
