The two Linksys Velop mesh systems will be used to extend the WiFi network around my home. This package contained two items at a super price.

This system has worked well for us for 3 years. But all things electronic can go ka-flooy at some point. I had such a situation as a result of our fiber modem needed to be restarted, which ended up keeping our wi fi router from restarting. Even though our warranty had expired just days before this happened, I contacted Linksys tech support via chat bot. The tech was helpful and walked me thru step by step how to reinstall my home wi fi system and get me up and running again. I definitely recommend Linksys for wi fi needs and service.

I don’t usually give 5 stars but this mesh system was a breeze to setup and has worked flawlessly so far (2 weeks). The set is generally expensive in my opinion but I was able to buy more affordable on Prime Day. If you can shell out the cash or get a deal, I highly recommend this product.

Linksys tech support was flawless helping me set this up in my configuration. Best support call ever. Great coverage over 3000 sqft and two stories with 3 nodes.

Our system was hit by lightning and I had to replace one of my other units. Works great.

I have a Linksys Router, 3 Linksys Velop "child" nodes, and more than 30 wireless devices throughout my property. This is the best WiFi setup I have ever accomplished. The extended wireless range meets my needs. There is an issue though: Setup of the Velop.Bought the 3 Velops from Amazon. I followed the instructions on the Linksys phone app. At the end, the app would say I was all done and instruct me to click "Finished." However, the light on the Velop would remain Solid Pink (no connection), instead of the desired Solid Blue (connected). Called Linksys Tech Support, and they were very helpful. It turned out there were 2 or 3 alternative ways to set it up. The main problem was OUTDATED FIRMWARE. This was not obvious, since the phone app gave the impression that setup was successful. I have suggested to Linksys that maybe they should improve the phone app in order for it to tell the user that setup was not successful due to outdated firmware. Bottom Line: don't get too frustrated if you run into the same issue. Call Linksys. They can be very helpful. This is a great product, and it works!
