Works well and easy to setup

I am a user of Velop for many years ... just expended the MESH network to cover other areas of the house.

This system expanded my wifi capabilities throughout my home and yard areas.

We’ve had the nodes for a few years now and when my wifi went out recently I was stumped. I was delighted to get help from Linksys. Best customer service.

The product was easy to set-up, took me a few minutes to get started. One of the node stopped working for no reason. The customer support worked with me to reset the entire system. Highly satisfied with product and after sales service.

I have the Linksys Mesh (WHW0303) with three nodes - lately one of the nodes appeared to drop off line occasionally resulting in dropped WiFi signal. Tech support was able to diagnose and fix the problem by updating the frequencies used. Problem SOLVED. And no charge or long wait times. Much appreciated.

Linksys has amazing good 24/7 tech support.They were incredibly patient and professional.They helped me set integrate the two new nodes (v2) I bought with the two older nodes (v1) I already owned.In today's world where it can cost you an arm and a leg to get someone to come to the house to help with your personal tech support issues, it was very nice that Linksys tech support spent an hour on the phone with me making sure everything worked properly and answering all of my questions - all at no additional cost.
