To cook chicken breast, lamb and salmon

The two quart is very small, I wished I had bought a bigger one.My biggest complaint is there is an indentation in the middle of the plate and it has a bar going over it. The bar gives you something to grab onto to remove the plate for cleaning, however, food gets stuck underneath. I’ve resorted to pushing a tiny corner of a paper towel to push the food out. I may try my sprayer next time.

Easy to clean is perfect.But only confusing with setting for cooking.

Honestly this is the best air fryer I've ever had. I purchased this one because the 5qt of this model I had for 2 years finally died after heavy daily use. The only complaint is the smell. Before you use it, I HIGHLY recommend that you give the basket a good hard scrub to get the coating or whatever they spray on it off. The "new" smell was baked into the first few things we made and lingers in the air for days.
