The air fryer came literally with a hole in the side. It was damaged during shipping. Aside from that, had it not been damaged, I would have been extremely happy with price and shipping time. Tanga customer service refunded within 24 hours.

I like this air fryer so much it's the second 7qt one I bought--so I can be making wings and fries at the same time. The reason this review is only 3 stars is because the color is not as pictured. In the picture the red looks sharp like Kitchen-aid empire red..like a hotrod red, but in reality it's more like a pale/muted burgundy. If I'd known I would have just bought another black one instead of waiting 3 extra weeks because I liked the 'red'. I included a swatch of what the red actually looks like.

I just received the PowerXL Vortex air fryer -- 2 quart, ASIN B07XL5LXB9 -- and contrary to Amazon's description of the product, it does NOT roast, broil, bake, dehydrate, or cook pizza . It only has six (6) presets, not ten. Even the picture showing the preset icons is wrong. Clearly, it is NOT WHAT THE DESCRIPTION DESCRIBES.

The first one I ordered lasted me over a year , using it practically every day until it started rusting at the bottom of the basket . This one has a more plastic smell even though I washed it a couple of times and only cooked in it 1 time , it still has the smell. I haven't used it because I don't want my food to be exposed to that smell. Not sure what to do with it as I guess I'll keep trying to get the smell out. For sure I won't be ordering this brand anymore!
