poor quality

Unit was defective from opening the box. I jumped through all the hopes of cutting the cord and taking photo's. The company was supposed to send a replacement. Still waiting.I like the product. This was a replacement. but the fan in the housing was loose and sounded like it was going to fly apart. Customer service assured me that it would be taken care of. It hasn't
