broke after 2 years…

It’s been only 2 years and this just stopped turning on. Not even using it at its full speeds, so it should have had very low resource utilization compared to what it’s rated for.

Asked seller for invoice to no avail

My cable company said my modem was defective. When I requested this seller for a proof of purchase invoice I got nothing but crickets. THIS SELLER SUCKS!I had to buy a new modem myself.

They sold me an out of warranty ISP device

Connection was bad, contacted Arris to get help and learned it was 7 years out of warranty and used to be an ISP loaner. Beware.

No power, Warranty already expired

I took it out of the box, plugged it in with the included power supply (that was in an already opened bag inside the box by the way), and it didn't power on. I called support, gave them the serial number, and they said it had expired in 2019. I purchased this in September 2023. Amazon sold me an already expired product. Returned it, didn't want to deal with the hassle.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH XFINITY

This modem is not compatible with Xfinity. I tried a few times to get it this modem registered but it isn't compatible. Save your save time and hassle and look up the list of compatible Xfinity modems online. Smdh

Get a different modem

Not setting up with Xfinity at all, Arris app is utterly useless. It's 2am and I got a headache from trying to set this up. Get a different modem.

Disconnected frequently

It fully stopped working after 5 months using. It was a pain as it disconnected frequently in the past 5 months.


I never got a quick start guide so i can’t even connect to the modem can someone help
