I have the Eufy 15C Max but it started acting up after 4 years, just stops in the middle of cleaning even though battery is fine. I decided to try this one which does clean in a more precise manner as the 15C would just randomly go all over the place. This new one goes in a concise manner and goes back to home base when it needs to re charge. I have not physically watch it pick back up where it left off, but on the app you can see where it has cleaned because it maps out your home. I also like that it tells you how long its been cleaning and how many square feet, pretty cool. I like Eufy over roomba because it is more quiet a lower profile to the ground to get under furniture. Overall recommend

Let me start by saying, I have been using a robot vacuum from a name brand manufacturer for the past 3 years in two homes. I have seen other robot vacuums in use in friends home. I recognize technology has advanced, And decided to give this new model a try. Starting from initial unboxing and setup, everything was simple and the unit was quickly connected to my WiFi and accepting voice commands through Alexa. One complaint is there is no clear list of Alexa commands in the documentation. You can get ideas from Alexa but a written list of commands would be nice. This Vac is amazing in operation. I ran my previous Vac one last time and then set up this Vac and ran it. I ran the suction with Boost IQ that adjusts the amount of suction based on surface, tile, carpet etc, and this is the quietest vacuum ever. Unless it is near you, you won’t hear it. The first cleaning takes longer as it is learning your house. Due to low profile height, This vacuum cleans places my previous vacuum didn’t clean. That is good and bad, expect it will get stuck a couple of times that first cleaning. One place mine did was under a piece of furniture my old Vac couldn’t get under that had an extension behind it. That cord tripped the vacuum up. After the first cleaning located the problem spots, the second cleaning went much faster. While the vacuum shows location on a map in the app, each cleaning cycle the displayed map starts from a blank page and when it stops cleaning it erases that map. It should at least leave that map until the next cleaning cycle. But even better would be to start with the map outline at the beginning of the next cleaning cycle. As I previously said, I vacuumed with my old Vac and then ran the new one. I then emptied the dust bin and was amazed. It was almost full. And the cleaning area in my house is only about 1000 ft2. It did an amazing job finding and picking up dirt/dust. This dust bin is smaller that other robot vacuums and combined with the extra suction you will need to empty it more often. One more point, with new batteries and full charge I am getting 90 minutes of non stop cleaning using Boost IQ setting. Your mileage may vary. But if the batteries run low, it returns and charges the resumes cleaning where it left off. All is all, an excellent product.

Let me preference this by saying I don’t typically write product reviews. However, I heavily rely on reviews when purchasing a new product. For that reason alone, I decided to write one.I have had a Roomba for years and never had a problem with it. It even ran over some pet waste and Customer service replaced it free of charge because I was in warranty. However, it was loud! Like crank the tv volume all the way up, can’t talk on the phone in the same room, loud. When I was living in my apartment, that was fine because it was on another floor from where I worked. Earlier this year, I loved to a 1 floor condo. Due to the pandemic, I work from home 90% of the time. The Roomba made conference calls and Zoom meetings impossible. I had it on a schedule so it would start at it’s scheduled time and I’d have to jump up to turn it off.Enter the Eufy. My parents have had one for years and have always loved it. But myself, being a name brand snob, was never interested. I saw someone on Instagram post a non ad review and they raved about it. So I figured I’d give it a shot since the Roomba was just not working for me anymore.I have had this magical little beauty for about 2 weeks now and can honestly say, I’m a believer. It maps my house every day it goes off, if it doesn’t finish before running out of battery, it takes itself home to charge and then once it’s charged, goes back to the run finished areas. My Roomba used to hit into my side tables and push them as it went, but the Eufy stops as soon as it meets resistance. My rooms was constantly getting stuck under my kitchen cabinets or tv stand, but the Eufy goes right underneath without any issue.I even have a plush/shag carpet in my office, the Eufy goes right through it without issue while my Roomba used to get caught.I ended up giving my Roomba to my brother and sister-in-law for their mushroom because I am never going back.If you are on the fence… try it. You will not be disappointed.

I was somewhat skeptical that this vacuum would do the job given how much furniture I have in my downstairs. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it covered everything. The one thing I love about this vacuum is how it's able to get underneath all my furniture including my couch. The Irobot as well as several others, are too tall. It always has returned back to its charging station. It actually draws a map on the cell phone app, showing where it is cleaned. Emptying to the dustbin after every cycle is it's only downside. I have a small dog that sheds so much that I could have built three other dogs in the case of a month. It picks up almost all the hair off the floor and the carpets. Being able to tell it to start cleaning to my Alexa it's just a great feature. Highly recommend.

My G30 works great on our hardwood floors and short pile area rugs, it even does a good job on the Zebra skin although I fold it back to avoid catching the mane. We have the language set to Japanese and call it Yuko after a dear friend. We have it programmed to self start every other day and we have found no need to pull out the old vacuum. We have a long haired cat and this vacuum gets all the hair off the hardwood. The performance on the low pile carpet is acceptable but not as thorough as the Dyson. The G30 fails to do an acceptable job on the longer pile carpets in the bedroom.Emptying the dust bin and cleaning the filter is simple and easy.We also have an Eufy S11 model and the cleaning performance is the same although the usability of the G30 is worth the extra cost, in my opinion. We had an issue with a G20 model not covering our floor pattern very well. The Eufy customer service was exceptional. They delivered far and above my expectations. I would share the details but can't imagine they can afford to provide the same level of service to everyone.

This is my first robo-vac. After a little research, I found that this model had more features and came with more accessories, than the iRobot, which I was going to purchase initially (just because I had no idea about these things and that was the name I knew).Anyway, I love this thing! It works great and is QUIET! I'm actually amazed at how quiet it is.I have it scheduled to run when I am at work, so when I get home, my house looks great! If you need to make the "no-go" areas using their magnetic tape, go up one model as this one does not support that.If you are on the fence, I say, go for it.I highly recommend! ** EDIT **Just a couple thoughts after owning this vac for a month and a half.First, I still love it.I bought this on sale as a kind of test to see whether I would like a "robovac". I do.This model, in my opinion, is the best value in terms of features for money in the starter vac category. The vac only works in 2.4Ghz which I see people complaining about, but most routers have both freqs so this is most likely not going to be a problem for you. I think it is more that people like to complain rather than an actual inconvenience. The app is very basic (which is good) but it does everything you need it to. It maps where the vac has cleaned, the time and square footage. You can also change power settings and start/stop and spot clean with it. You need nothing more.Lastly, I found that I can get more life out of my filters if I:1) Wash them under the sink tap every month. Once they dry, they are almost like new.2) I use a multipurpose brush and brush the filter after each use. I believe this extends the life of the filter because it unclogs it.I have also read that if you soak the little sweeper brush in water, it will also regain some life. I haven't tried this yet as the brush is fine.

I LOVE this vaccum. We have 3 dogs - 2 short hair and 1 sheltie. I run Eufy (well, we named him Harry!) every day to keep ahead of the dog hair. Don't even have to get out of bed - I start it with my app when I first wake up. I do clean the brush and pan after every clean. And yes, the sheltie hair wraps around so I have to cut it off. But this thing cleans great and I thought the price was decent. I can't believe I went so long before purchasing one. Only downside is it is a little louder than it was when we first purchased it. Not sure what is up with that, and it annoys my husband. But overall, I highly recommend

Love it, leaves lines my carpet. Rarely gets stuck. Easy to clean.

Robot vacuums with extensive mapping exist. They'll mop, empty into a station, self clean, and you can tell them exactly where to go in your house and clean. Amazing. This device does nothing of the sort. It doesn't save the maps, it doesn't mop. So you should know what you are getting. That said, our fancy robot cost $1500. So for a fraction of the price, is this eufy even worth it? Well, yes. Yes it is. If you don't need the fancy features, then you'll probably be just fine with this robot. It maps as it goes, so it actually has some sense of navigation and intelligence as it cleans. It just doesn't save the map. I run it in an 1800 sq ft home and that seems to be about the max for this robot. It's very efficient. Cruises around. Maps the house and cleans without aimlessly bumping around. And does a pretty damn good job. So if you have a smaller house or apartment and just want a robot vacuum at a good price that can do the job... Then this will do it and do it well. There are much better, more sophisticated options available, but that doesn't mean that this one isn't also a good fit for many, if not most consumers.

This makes 3 of these in our house, one inside, one on lanai, & one in the garage.
