The legs are completely adjustable but they are completely made of plastic and don't seem sturdy. The width of the lap desk is pretty narrow. I'm not a "wide" human so it sits just right while I'm bed, but this could a problem for larger individuals. The surface is made of solid painted metal and it has a lip to keep your devices from falling off, definitely a plus in my book.Given the price, the build quality is lacking. It's functional but the long term durability is questionable.

Has a great mechanical feature with the three joints interlocking at three focal points, however, if my laptop isn’t on it, it does not stand up. It literally falls to the ground when something isn’t on top. It is also wobbly when typing on a laptop.

It has great flexibility, it can go as low or as high as you want it. However I was looking for something I could just adjust in one pull. This shelf takes 6 adjustments, 3 on each side. The accuracy is great! But too complicated for what I was looking for.

Absolutely fo not like the design for using over your lap when sitting on a couch.Unit legs do not extend far enough back to front and unit is then very unstable and uncomfortable.Terrible design for use while sitting on a couch or soft seat furniture.

Seems like it would be fine except - no mouse attachment in the box that is shown on the photo. No place to put the mouse, although the slot to connect it is there. Maybe the replacement will have it.

Not easy to raise and lower. Takes two hands and multiple twists and turns to adjust height. Cracked metal when I got it.

This stand was very complicated and not user friendly. I had to unfold it after ever use. It made it difficult to get the legs back where I needed them.

I bought this so I could stand at my desk and rest my keyboard and mouse on it. Great idea right! This works great but it’s very difficult to use. You have to adjust one leg at a time. There are like three different angles to adjust. There are numbers on the dials but I just found it to too complicated. Sorry.
