Desk is simple and sturdy but can be shaky at times. The maneuverability and setting takes time and getting use to, but once you find the right position it’s great. I find that annotating the arm positions/ angles and posting them on the tables saves time to setting the table in the right position. The mouse tray is a little small for a mouse and I would have added a lip around it to deter from falling but the rest of the adjustable table is great. The key is really to find the right positions in the table and saving the position arms for later use!!

My main concern before purchasing this was if it would work while sitting in a padded livingroom chair. I knew it would work well in bed and on the sofa, but was not sure about the chair. It actually works great. It's about 17 inches to the outsides of each leg, which makes it fit perfectly.I've ready a hundred reviews complaining about the build quality, but it's actually decent. It's sturdy and it doesn't look obtrusive.I got it during Amazon Prime day, and I am about to purchase another one.

I got this for my wife and she loves it. It did take her a little practice to get the right angles set. I think she has had more fun just messing with setting the desk up than actually using it. The only question I have is longevity. The unit is plastic and I wonder if the joint mechanisms will hold up. I guess time will tell on that one. If you're looking for a fairly inexpensive, very adjustable lap desk then my wife recommends this highly.

Got this for my spouse who started working from home and needed a bit of a keyboard height adjustment, really like how adjustable this is.

Love the table, however the attached plate for the mouse easily falls off if bumped and doesn’t adjust well to stay level if you change the table settings. Tend to not use it. I like to sit cross-legged and the legs don’t allow for that, but still works great.

Not sturdy enough

The attached mouse pad is a little wonky/and small. Overall works for what I need. Being under 5' tall, the sit to stand desks don't work as intended so this is a better option for me. Also easy to remove from desktop when needed.

You need an external keyboard, typing on a laptop keyboard shakes the whole unitWorks well with all my laptopsMouse pad makes no sense, I am using it to hang my headphone.

Very lightweight and easy to adjust, not the most sturdy.

When I first unpacked this I wasn't too sure about it. If you just mess around it's a bit difficult to get it to a setting that works well.Luckily it comes with a good instruction sheet that recommends what to set the six different arm knobs to for your sitting arrangement (standing, desk chair, bed, or couch). I bought this so I could work from the couch more easily, so I met that setting and it's honestly worked out perfectly.Once you get it into a good position, it's actually quite sturdy. Even on my couch, which is far from a flat surface.
