Nice little stand for my audio workstation. Perfect height for sitting in front of it without much neck or shoulder strain. Excellent customer service too!

Your laptop will fall over unless you tape the stand to the table. It easy to adjust and portable

The trays are metal and the legs are plastic. The attachment for the mouse is not as large as it appears in the images. It measures 6 1/4"H and 5 3/4" wide. A good size for a mouse (I think-I don't use one) or for a calculator. The angle is adjustable compared to the main tray. I found the knob a bit awkward in size. Although textured, there is no rubberized grip to either tray. It works fine, just typing but for moving from one place to another, I'll probably cut a piece of rug gripper to fit my laptop to prevent slipping. I intend to use the mouse tray to hold a pad of paper for notes. The lip at the bottom of the main tray is just deep enough that it makes opening my MacBook Pro difficult, though not uncomfortable for typing. I think adding the rug gripper will alleviate this issue also. Some noted difficulty adjusting the tray to a comfortable position at first. I did not find that at all. Push buttons on both sides at the same time. I use a backpack for transport. Collapsed, this tray is too thick to slide into the laptop protector (as my old one did) but it fits nicely in the larger section. In use standing on a table top, the feet could also use grippers of some sort to prevent the whole set up from sliding. I have not noticed shakiness others reported though I do not use it this way often. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and can recommend to others.

Good control but very bulky

Perfect for mobile worker or someone using laptop hooked to full-size monitor. I wanted to be able to have a stand-up option when using my laptop and also view the laptop screen and 27" monitor at the same time if sitting down. This stand when placed behind my 27" monitor rises high enough to let me access both the laptop's keyboard and view the screen easily. I have a wireless keyboard on my desk with the monitor, but want to see both screens. This folds relatively flat for travel/on the road, and has loads of adjustments. It's made of sturdy medal. Probably a bit too heavy to carry comfortably in a loaded backpack, but certainly could fit in a larger backpack or laptop bag when folded up. Walking from office right to your car or house makes sense; biking around or walking/commuting, not so much. The mouse "pad" is a little iffy, though. It clips to either side for left or right-hand use, but it is small and not ideal. You could use it short-term for a presentation perhaps, but your wrist will hurt for anything long-term. It is just too small and the metal edge will be uncomfortable pushing into your wrist. I suppose you could put a mouse pad on the metal tray, but it is only practical for those with very small hands.Bottom line: fits my needs, stable surface for laptop and loads of angles/heights you can adjust it to.

I bought this to be able to Diamond paint at my dining room table. I have purchased three different peoducts to help me with this to keep my neck and shoulders from aching. The main issues are the angle and height to be able to set this just right! This is perfect for this. I get the correct angle and the correct height and there is enough space underneath to be able to roll the canvas back under the top so it is out of the way. I have my light pad on this and the canvas on top of that. I am finding it sturdy and the correct height to be able to work for a couple of hours at a time. Awesome will recommend to others that DP. Since this I plan on using this at the table all the time I should not have to change the settings. But I am going to take a paint marker and write down the numbers in case someone else changes it, or if I decide to put it away for a while. then no guessing on the settings that work for me

Delivered on time. It was in the product box which was damaged on end and had been opened (no tape). The lap desk has one hinge that is a little loose. I will keep it and hope it will hold up. It probably had been wiped off but there was heavy dust on the legs as if it was a display. A little flimsy when sitting on the bed. It is top heavy.
