One leg is a full 0.5" off the table, creating a wobbly, dangerous fire-hazard. Likely because the sheet-metal box was warped when made. Don't sell me your broke-down crap that would not otherwise move off a brick-mortar showroom floor.

It is light weight and compact. The outside and the grid are easy to clean. Unfortunately, there are serious design deficiencies. Grease drops onto the burner shields, which get very hot because they are uninsulated light weight metal, and very close to the flame. Grease + high heat= FIRE! Grease never makes down to the cute little grease tray, because the burner shields are in the way. On the other hand, grease does splatter all around the inside of the casing, cooks on. Grid and burner shields remove easily for cleaning, but parts where grease splatters around on the inside casing are hard to get to, and not removable. Burner shields rusted within a very few weeks, in the summer, when weather was quite dry on our covered and protected patio. This was such a disappointment and because of the fire hazard, I am now afraid to use it. By the way, I have cooked over wood, charcoal, and gas grills for 55 years.

I initially rated this unit very high after the first camping trip. It has alot of great qualities.. HOWEVER, during the second trip the burners started to reduce and by the end of the trip it barely heated. I tried trouble shooting the problem w different canisters and regulators to no avail. I then reached out to the company to seek a resolution, but they refused to respond. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED.

i had high hopes for this. it seemed like just what i was looking for, sturdy, 20k btu, stainless. I loved it the first 2 times i used it. the 3rd time the ignitor on the left burner stopped working. i asked for a return, and it required approval from the vendor. i could file a claim if i didn't get a response in 48 hours. i did not get a response but called amazon who sent me their response. They offered me 50$ off the price and i could take it "somewhere" and get it fixed. there is no place to take it to get it fixed - and it's new. so i filed a claim. the claim was denied and i called back amazon and they said we would appeal the claim. now it's labor day weekend and i'm waiting for a response instead of grilling. In the meantime it has begun to operate very inconsistantly. sometimes it heats up to 600 degrees quicikly and cooks great. 2 out of 3 times it won't heat up over 250 degrees and doesn't work fine. i can understand a defective item. i don't understand Amazon NOT standing behind what they sell. in all my years of dealing with Amazon this is the first time they've given me the run around. So buyer beware. some of these units are LEMONS, you can't get them fixed and if you're not the lucky one, amazon won't stand behind it. I'm seriously rethinking my relationship with Amazon as a "go to" vendor. This episode has already altered my purchasing behavior.

I bought this grill in October of last year, and up until a few weeks ago would have given it a five star review. However, the grill started having issues with staying on. The flame in both burners started to gradually get less and less as the grill was being burning. It got to the point that by the time I started cooking a steak with a reasonable flame, it was out by the time the steak should have been done. I was using the grill with a connection to the propane tank on my RV, so wanted to rule this out. I connected to a small (1 lb) bottle with the same result. I found that by rotating the controls back and forth several times, the flame was restored, so both controls have failed. I contacted the company about a warranty claim two weeks ago and got a quick answer that they would get back to me. No reply as yet. I have sent two more messages (the latest minutes ago) with no reply at all. So, while the grill is very good in many respects, the failure of both controls indicates severe quality control issues, and the lack of a warranty for something less than a year old says this is not something that I would every buy again, or anything else from this company.
