Does not hook up to rv as stated in description.

We bought this but it came with a dent in the cover even though the box had not been damaged. Looks like a 'second' was sold to us.

I have had this grill 10 months and the controls for both burners work only 10% of the time. The push in to turn and ignite doers not work. Very dangerous as you can't turn the knobs off. The company only has a 30-day warranty and their website does not contain a phone number and the e-mail address on their website is invalid.

What a POS Grill never went above 240 degrees after being on Hi for 1 hr. Way to many openings on grill both sides and back have air flow. Tried to cook 2 whole red snapper. Never went above 110 degress

I bought 4 of these units for my resort. I am very disappointed in them. They are horrible to clean. Once you use them, the rack and burner covers are permanently tarnished.

WILL NOT REACH A TEMP OVER 200. OTHERWISE NOT MUCH GOOD FOR COOKING. TRIED WITH A FULL TANK OF FUEL FLAME ONLY ABOUT 1/4 TO 1/8 NOT MUCH GOOD FOR ANYTHING. WAS GETTING READY FOR TRIP SO DON'T HAVE TIME TO RETURN AT THIS TIME, MAYBE AFTER WE RETURN IN 2MONTHS

Satisfaction is not guaranteed, unless you want to pay full freight to return it yourself. Also cannot find any valid warranty data for this grill. Sounds like it’s not a reputable company.

This bbq is heavy and bulky. I purchased it for my son's boat. I tried to return this bbq the company offer was sorry here's $10. I have been a amazon buyer for years never had a problem before this. Oh stick the $10 we're the sun won't shine.

This grill gets so hot even with temperature to low catches all my food on fire. Constantly needs to be watched. Very disappointed.
