cannot remove a burner jet because one screw is so tight that it will strip ; meaning that full cleaning is not possible. Very nice product otherwise, thnx

It tends to flare up a lot and its not easy to clean

IT TENDS TO FLARE UP EASY AND BURN FOOD, GOTTA GET CREATIVE ON MOVING AROUND WHAT YOUR COOKING, IF HAD I TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN I WOULD'VE DONE MORE RESEARCH ON IT. IT IS A WELL MADE PRODUCT AND EASY TO TRANSPORT.

Works excellent and uses very little gas due to it cooking very hot. Lot of flame ups, just cooking hamburgers so it cannot be left unattended for long at all.

Easy setup Decent back up grill Great packaging

The manufacturer does not support spare parts for this item. I do not recommend purchasing this as the burners and grate will corrode and fail after 2 years.

It is well made and it looks like it will last. Although it did catch the steaks on fire from the juices falling on the flame guards. Hopefully it will not be to bad later on

Cooks well, just what we needed, doesn’t clean up very good, tried to clean after first camping trip, couldn’t clean up completely, looks like the flimsy ness of the metal probably won’t last more than 2 years

About burnt my garage down. Even on low low this grill caught greasy food on fire. Cooks steaks on high and charred them. Goes to al.ost 700 on high. Haven't cooked enough to tame this one down yet.

I repurposed my worn-out cheapo grill from Home Depot and used it as a base for the new portable grill. I took out all the burners and guts of the old Grill but utilized the side trays and the tank is hidden as it should be from underneath. The giantex portable grill is a superb Grill. I have used it several times in this configuration and it is perfect. The heating is even and quick and the automatic lighters actually work! :-) I highly recommend this Grill for any use. UPDATE 11/4/2019 mY GRILL HAS PERFORMED THE FUNCTION VERY WELL BUT THE OUTSIDE OF THE "STAINLESS STEEL" GRILL IS RUSTING! I TOOK A ROUND BRASS BRUSH IN MY ELECTRICK DRILL AND POLISHED ONE SMALL SECTION. iT LOOKS GOOD AND HAS NOT CONTINUED TO RUST. I CAN ONLY CONCLUDE THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAS SOME FERROS MATERIAL IN THE FINAL COATING THEY PUT ON THE GRILL. IT REALLY LOOKS AWFUL! mIKE
