I really liked this umbrella the first three times I used it. Unfortunately it broke on the fourth use, less than 3 months of purchasing. Would not recommend.

I bought this for my 26 year old daughter and the first time she used it the handle fell off! It looked as though it was glued on!

So I bought this umbrella for my wife. She had another one and kept this one in her car, so she actually didn't use it for a while. Then after I used mine (bought a different brand because I wanted a camo one) I told her how well it worked and how I loved it. She used it a couple of times and when I asked her about it, she complained that the umbrella wouldn't stay up, but then if she kept pushing it up over and over, then it would finally catch and stay up. She used it a few more times, then quit using it because it would continue to not catch and kept sliding down. Fast forward to a torrential downpour that we were at and I had to run into a restaurant and grab our food and head to my sisters house. We were in her car, I grabbed the umbrella and ran out. I could not get it to stay open, no matter how many times I tried. I was getting soaked. So then I just held it up with my hand, ran in and got the food and ran out. It never latched. But then getting back to the car, since it was messed up, messing with it, and holding the food, I dropped all of the food right on the ground. We are way past the return date so that is janky but we just didn't use it til later. So I would definitely not recommend this brand...maybe move on to a different one.

My handle just cracked off. I literally just bought this. This is my 5th time using it. I want a refund or a replacement

The mechanism is interior and the first few I tested it out spokes must have broken off and started spearing through the cloth, over and over.Whatever plastic piece holds the spokes together is far too cheap for this to remain functional

Really cute umbrella. Arrived quickly but with no packaging in the box. I was excited until I realized the handle was broken. It’s unfortunate because the umbrella itself seems really nice and sturdy. Retuning it today. My hope is they send me a replacement with bubble wrap or something gees.

Broke my very first time using. Don't know what happened between shipment and delivery.

The inside flap tore... i had another one that bought on the streets fon only 10 dollars and lasted me 2 years, this one only used it twice! Horrible product!

Didn't get a chance to use it came damaged!
