Literally used it 2 times and the button jammed. Now it wont close! Return window closed 4 days ago! Dont buy this umbrella! Its trash and poorly made!Update: seller reached out and offered a free replacement. New umbrella arrived in 2 days, but was broken out of the box. Seller sent another one. 3rd one seems to be working. We'll see for how long. I increased rating from one star to 3 for great support.

It was much bigger than I thought it would be! Almost too big!

We love the reversible concept because it makes it easier getting in the vehicle out of the rain as well as going through doors. The negative is we purchased two of them and one of them is broken after a few usage, it opens up but it will not lock in to remain open so we are disappointed about that because now we only have one workable umbrella. It would be nice if your company could see clear to replace the broken umbrella.

I did not like that one of the 4 umbrellas we ordered came with no tags or instructions, the other 3 did so I can only surmise this one was defective and returned, we did find it didnt lock as well in the open position. I dont think its right for a company to send an incomplete product out to a consumer> I would like o have a new one. As I said, the ohter 3, I ordered 4, were new and OK.

Handle broke almost immediately after purchase

The media could not be loaded. Only one day of used. Do not waist your money. I'm really disappointed 😞 for the price. It's should be better quality..I can't return it because I threw up the box.

Love the way it opens. Water doesn't drain from it indoors when locked. Reason why I gave it three rating, umbrella left in car, and the glue that holds handle came loose. So getting stronger glue to manage hot car

Love the umbrella portion, it opens smoothly, sturdy! Beautiful too. The handle sucks!! It hurts on my wrist, theres no support so it flops all over. The handle falls off. If i want to hold onto the handle its so weird and thin so it hurts to grasp. Its just a dumb design! The handle needs to be replaced with a bike handlebar grip which i think i will do.

I love the way it looks, it was just not large enough to keep me from getting wet
