I mean, these little things are the choice of Bluetooth trackers, but I have to calm my self down, and wait for UWB compatible tiles since, in my opinion, they are the way to go. I mean, Apple's got their U1 chips out, I believe everyone's working very hard to get their products U1 compatible. Tiles with UWB capability, users can PINPOINT their exact locations in their house, don't have to rely on audio as the only information source for their locations. This is gonna be exciting. If Tiles aren't working on this, I have no words to say.

It’s a cool product but two issues that I want to mention. 1) it’s very easy to scratch compared to the previous one. It looks very used after. I add the photo of it;( I wish it would be more matt or not that easy to scratch. 2) it’s not more loud from the previous one as well. For me it’s just the same but different name tile pro

Bought these to replace some older models that the battery had died on. I like that I can replace these batteries. I do ocassionally accidentally push the button when they are in my jeans pockets, but other than that, they work great. You do need to download the newest version of the app. I had an older version and I couldn't register the tiles, but I updated the app and it worked great.

I love my Tiles. My wife's purse had been missing for two days; this morning we realized her Tile was also in the purse, so we checked the app. Sure enough, it showed us exactly when the purse had been removed from our home—it even led us to the purse, which had been stashed under a neighbor's porch, down the street. Simply amazing. If we didn't have Tile the purse and all its contents would most likely have NEVER been recovered. I scored huge points, too: my wife had been skeptical of the Tiles (and perhaps a little annoyed at me for buying/implementing them) but she is now deeply grateful that her ID, credit cards, house keys, car keys, headphones, and other personal effects were all safely recovered, thanks to her Tile and thoughtful husband. Now to catch a cat burglar!

I hardly ever take the time to write product reviews, but I think my experience warrants it. This tracker is WORTH EVERY PENNY. Why? I had the Tile Pro on my key set inside my bike rack bag along with my wallet (license, credit cards, money, medical card, everything basically), an expensive bike lock, a jacket and my house keys. The wallet also contained the credit card sized Tile card. The bike bag fell off my bag while I was riding and I had no idea. It was lost on the streets of NYC. When I got home, I realized my error and tried to use the app to find the last known pinged location. Went to the last location (which was in Queens - I live in Manhattan.) But nothing there but a whole bunch of houses and buildings. I couldn't find any signal. This was on a Monday night. Then kept opening the app to see if any Tile community users has pinged it - but nothing. Then on Thursday night, I get a new pinged location in Queens again. I go there and lo and behold, the app says your tile is in range. I followed the app to get closer and closer to the location. Then I hear ringing. My bike bag, along with everything it contained - wallet, expensive bike lock, keys, even the money were all still there on the floor outside a gated house's garage. On the street basically, but in the gated driveway. Some good Samaritan had left everything there - I'm guessing they must have saw the tile and just left it in a place so I can track it. And it feels good knowing there are still good people left - even in a crowded city like NYC. I wanted to thank them personally, but it was almost midnight. So this thing just saved so much for me and completely already paid for itself. One thing though - The credit card sized Tile did not pick up anything until I was really close. Only the Tile Pro. Still - This thing worked just as intended and helped me find a bag in a huge crowded city like New York City. It's basically a miracle.

I purchased a pair of Tile Pro devices. Initially, I was a little disappointed by how large they are. Too big to be comfortable with my keys but I have decided to try it to see if I would get used to it. I had a period of time where the Tile would not connect to my phone/app. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Now it is working. I will use it and see how it goes. UPDATE: I returned them because the white Tile was very unstable and frequently would not connect with the app or would give me a message hours after not being able to locate my keys telling me they were found... when the whole time they were two feet away. I am exchanging the tiles for two more because if they act work as advertised, they will be great! UPDATE #2: I received the replacement Tiles and they seem to work very well. The audio level is very loud and makes it very easy to find my keys if I lose them. I like the new Tile.

The Tile works pretty well, what I didn't like was having to chat with support for an hour to get the maps to work. Finally the 1st tier gave up and provided me with someone who knows what their doing. It turns out the only thing I had to do was change the battery power to high mode and the maps came right up. The 2nd tier solved the problem in 10 minutes. It seems to work on high or optimized, but not medium which is what I had the phone on. I'm very busy these days, and when hubby cleans, I felt like I had to search for everything. So I decided to invest in some finders. I bought some tilepro's, tilemates, stickers, and the slim. The sticker sound is a little low, but the rest of them I bought the sound is nice and loud. Here's another reason I was interested in one of these. I take my dog for regular off leash run/walks which ever he chooses to do. The Tile Pro tracks and find things, including your dog. He wears a Whistle Go as well, but most times Whistle is a little slower than I'd like, so I thought if I could use the Tile it would also track him using my phones bluetooth and it has sound incase he runs off into the bushes. So he now has a Tile on one side of his harness and the Whistle Go on the other side. The Tile kept up with him pretty much, while I waited on the "updating location" on whistle, whistle responded on the location rather quickly during the test. Sometimes tile was behind, sometimes whistle was behind. I did try the sound out, sort of startled my poor baby the first time, but subsequent times he just ignored the sound. Because the tile pro has a nice loud sound and tracks a good distance, I think it's going to come in handy when he surprises me and chases something into the bushes. If the whistle gets stuck in "updating location", I have sound. He doesn't go very far into the bushes during his chase, before he realizes I'm not with him, then he panics and lays quietly in the bush until I find him, another reason I need the sound on the tile. My dog is pretty good at making sure he can see me when he's running or walking, but there's always that one time he spots something and the chase is on. I've been using the whistle for 11 months and the only one time I needed it to work, it got stuck on "updating location" it was hanging there forever. If I had the tile, I could have just used it or the sound and then I would have realized he was only 20 feet away lying in the bushes waiting on me to find him.

I bought Premium subscription for my Pro tiles because I wanted to see the complete history of all the places where they have been. It is less than $30 a year. But it turned out that my first use of that subscription was their amazing tech support. It was my fault because I had not read the list of supported devices and operating systems carefully. I contacted the Premium support late at night by sending a text from the app. They responded within minutes, really worked with me, analyzed the situation, asked questions, and told me they were sending me a replacement tile. But before I got it, I started experimenting with another device, and hit another problem, and contacted the Premium support again, this time by email. This time they told me to update my iOS on the iPad, and that solved all problems. That was on the weekend, by the way. I don’t know how they can provide such great response, but it is true. I am not connected to the company and not indebted to them in any way. As for features, you can read about them, and even read a complete manual online. All those features work. I got the Pro version of the tiles because longer range and greater reliability are more important to me than a small size. In my use, a week now, I have not seen the full 300 foot range. That probably requires especially good environment, like maybe the beach or a large lawn. But I definitely see more than 100 feet in very realistic settings, with walls, metal, machinery, and such. I used other similar devices before that were not as good, but the part that I like the best, other than the fact that it works, is that the sound the tile plays is a melody, not a mono frequency high pitch beep that used to irritate my dog and was hard to hear. The tune that these Pro tiles use is cleverly selected or composed to be audible against the normal noise of an office or street. It is much more distinctive than a beep, and they provide a few tunes for the user to choose from. One feature that would be good to add to the Premium subscription is an ability to turn on and off the recording of movement history. Sometimes/some people will want the entire trace to be stored and displayed, but oftentimes you only want to see the last location. Regardless, these are neatly designed and well made gadgets, well supported and very practical.

The key and wallet tile work for me perfectly. I work out of my car for most of the day so I am getting in and out, unloading and loading, several times a day. The tile saves me a lot of time looking for my phone, wallet and keys. I have never actually lost my keys away from my home, car, or client's home, but I frequently leave stuff at one of those three places. With the tile I find things in 10 seconds and I save myself a lot of time. I live in a standard size two story home and to be sure I go upstairs, downstairs, and out to the driveway to find my stuff. The only problem is that my phone bluetooth sometimes does not work and I can't tell that it is not working until I try to pair it with something (it appears to be on, but it is not). So, if I am looking for my keys and the app is telling me that it is not in the house or car, it may be that my bluetooth is not working properly. I have to restart my phone to get my bluetooth up and running. No fault of the Tile, but something you need to be aware of.
