I was excited getting the Tile Pro. First was initial setup recognized 1 Tile, but not the other. After about 30 minutes, the app finally recognized the other one. Okay great I can now see how they work. To my surprise the app found the two, but the alarms were not that loud! Time to find my phone, the tiles are right by my S10, nothing happens, they are 4 inches away from the phone! Another try and the tiles found my phone! Ok, let me setup the tiles for a better ringtone, I get the can't download ringtone and I keep getting the error. I'm very unimpressed with these devices . The online help is useless. My bluetooth works fine, I can pair with my 2 cars with no problems and they are much further than my Tiles that are a few inches away. I can even pair with my Television!!! Tech support was able to resolve my issues. Great support staff. Range could be better and the volume is too low.

This had made our lives so much better now days the lost of a keychain can become a very expensive because of the key fobs. The price of one key fob replacement cost so much more than the cost of a tile we have one on every set of keys. The nice thing is when one of us has misplaced or keys we use a phone and it helps us find the and the tile can help you find your phone I found that there’s a lot of of product that have tile in them my Skullcandy headphones 🎧 has it and if I can’t find them I just use the app and it makes them make a sound. My wife has used the tile to find me ones I was in our backyard working in a shed and she couldn’t find me she knew I had me Jeep keys with me and she followed the map to find me . The tile is the best investment we ever made to help us not waste time looking for lost keys. The ones we have the battery can be charged we have gotten over one year out of them the battery are cr2030 cost $6 for a pack of ten . I hope this helps anyone who thinking about getting the tile you will gladly you did I forgot if you can’t find what you have misplaced you can have tile keep looking for it when a person with the tile app gets close to it tile will send you a message telling you about where it was picked up so you can go look at that location. All tile users agree to help each other but no information is shared about you or them

I "lost" my mobile phone one day. Eventually and thankfully, I found it at home. Talking with a friend about how stupid I felt, she recommended Tile and showed me how it works. I was so impressed, I went all in. Phone, wallet, and 2 sets of keys, so far. The Slim fits nicely in a wallet slot and, a couple of weeks so far, presents no discomfort. I have another Slim on the way to put in my passport case. When buying, keep in mind the Tiles cannot ring an item out of Bluetooth range. However, the Tile app can assist by providing the last location of the item you seek. Some time back, I tried a similar item from a company that I know to make great electronic devices and appliances. That was the first time I ever had a negative experience with one of their products. Locating an item or a person was a mess, even showing me in places I had never been. That sort of turned me off of these products, until my friend showed me Tile. For me, it's a winner.

I have these and Apple Airtags and these are every bit as good. The only reason I have Apple Tags is I bought an entire Apple ecosystem to go with my phone and Apple has done an incredible job with all of their products working together. I'm constantly losing my keys, wallet and phone and Tile has worked fantastically helping me keep track of them all. I've had them for a month and used each one probably 5 times each. Easy to set up, the app is simple and intuitive. Don't hesitate to buy these, they're worth every penny.

A few weeks ago I lost my car keys and had to call a locksmith out to have a new key made. Since my key has a built-in chip for theft prevention, the key, even with AAA coverage, cost me almost $150 to have made. I was determined not to make that mistake again so bought one of these anti-loss devices and it has already saved me at least two additional calls to the locksmith to make new keys. Attached to your key ring, it features a clever tune which can be activated via an app on your cell phone if you are within bluetooth distance from your lost keys. If not, it senses the location of itself via GPS sensors and can locate keys lost anywhere in the world within the accuracy of GPS satellites. To me, this is a 'must have' device. One call to the locksmith is more than double the cost of four of these devices. And their use is not limited to keys. Put one in your wallet or attach to anything you might have a tendency to misplace.

Have owned two other types trackers in the past, both of which were useless. These trackers actually find your items which is great for me because I’ve had keys fall out of my pockets while walking the dogs. They were a breeze to set up ( a 5 year old could probably do it) and it takes literally about a minute once you download the Tile App. Even better, if you misplace your phone, you can quickly double press your Tile and your phone will send you a nice little tune to tell you where it is. There’s also a map that shows the last location. It might not always show the exact address but it’s close enough that you have a good idea where to look. They have a Premium Plan which costs $29.99 a year. It will notify you if you’ve left something behind plus a 30 day location history of your Tiles. You don’t need it for basic functions though.

We were leaving to go on a one week camping trip and had no one to take care of our new 6 mo old kitten. She loves being outside and is a hunter so we knew taking her with us would certainly end in her running off into the woods. We put the tile on her collar but was still hesitant to let her out of our sight and tried to keep her on a leash but after an hour we were exhausted so we just unleashed her and let her go. My husband and I had the tile app and ever so often if we couldn't put eyes on her, we would check the app. If it said she was in range, we left her alone. If it said she was out of range, we would get up and go in opposite directions until she came in range and we would ding her tile. She would usually come running back into camp and flop down under the hammocks. The tile worked like a champ and we never had any issues with her running away. She just wanted to stalk birds and the Tile allowed her to do it on OUR terms. Money well spent.

Bottom line: looks like it will be useful, my daughter used hers and it did the job. We purchased this for us and gave a set to one of my daughters whose frequently misplacing keys. Until we set it up we were doing a key search almost every other day. Now, not so much; it’s like the keys know they’re tagged so they behave.

These little things already saved me from wasting time hunting for my phone, keys or wallet. I'm notorious for just dropping things down in random places, so this is a necessity for me and others like me. The fact that you can ping devices both ways is perfect. I've tried other similar products in the past but with terrible experiences, so I've been waiting for the technology to improve to something that just works like you would expect. So far, Tile hasn't disappointed.

I had a severe head injury a couple years ago and ever since then I have a really hard time remembering where i put things and when I last saw them. I also have a tendency to leave the house without everything I need. A few weeks ago I lost my wallet (again) and I decided to research if there was an electronic way to keep track of everything. Now I have tiles on my keys, wallet, laptop, bike, gym bag, purse, and my work bag. It is very expensive but this has made a huge difference in my life. I can ask my phone or my google home where something is, and i can do a check from my phone when i am in my car to make sure i have all the important items before i leave. I don't have to interrupt what my husband is doing to help me find something (although he has the patience of a saint) and now i can focus on other things. Tile has allowed me to feel more independent and put-together than i ever have been since my injury. The app is easy enough that someone older would be able to use it as well, and connecting it with the google home is really easy. I was able to put them on everything important except my glasses.
