I cannot stress how may times having these tiles have helped my family. At first I purchased thru QVC, it was the only place I could find them. I purchased unit for my husband & after just one demonstration he was so sold, he tells & shows everyone. We’ve now given sets to 2 of our 4 kids & they’re loving them as well. This is great they work-traveling back from Florida this spring I left my wallet at a restaurant in South Carolina. Two days later I noticed it was missing-I located where it was exactly, contacted the restaurant & had it back within two hours. Panic had set in but nothing had been taken - very honest workers obviously at the restaurant but also if I hadn’t had a tile, I would have never had any idea where it was. Now with the ability to change out batteries, great feature. Can’t go wrong!!

This is the 4th attempt to find a locator loud enough to hear from a distance. The first attempt, the product worked sporadically and could not be heard from a distance. The company thought it might be defective, and sent me another just like it, Same results. My third attempt was from a well known company. The tag literally could not be heard from a distance of 5 feet. I called the company and asked if it could be adjusted to be louder. No. So my first criteria with this Tile product was that it was supposed to be loud. I am happy to say that it is easily heard throughout my house. I have finally found a product that will help me find my cat when she decides to not be found. I could even hear it through a closed door although I needed to be fairly close to the door. The app on the phone helps to locate the Tile.

I was misplacing my phone and keys and now I use this produce to find each other. Unique product that works. I practiced to learn to use it properly before I actually misplaced my phone or keys again. thanks Tile works great.

I purchased tiles over a year ago and the battery on one now needs replacing, uses it often to find my keys ..

Use it back many many years ago, still work like a charm, too bad the price keep going up, and u have to get a replacement every now and then; i mean your paying so you dont lose your stuff right? *wish it was a bit cheaper like before* 5 STARS overall.

Tiles are a lifesaver for me as I constantly forget where I’ve put my phone, keys etc.

I had one tile that went bad out of all that I have purchased. Quick email response, quick troubleshooting and resolution by sending me a new one. Great tech support. No issues.

It's so frustrating to lose your keys, or your phone. My tile has really helped alleviate this stress. It's never failed when I needed it.

Excellent customer service. My tiles weren’t working. They were able get one of them working and replaced the other one.

I bought a four-pack a year ago, but only use three Tiles. When trying to activate the forth, it didn't work. I logged into Tile Chat. Tile has mailed a replacement tile.
