Worked with customer service through online chat box. Provided order number from Amazon order, they are mailing a replacement. Very customer oriented. Very satisfied. Love the product.

As someone who is constantly looking for my keys, these Tiles have been a lifesaver!. And customer support is prompt, courteous and very helpful.

I have used other Bluetooth trackers but I have found Tile to be hands above the others.

I have have used Tiles for years. I currently have 6 Tile Pros active for keeping track of mobile phones, keys, glasses, sports equipment, etc. I literally use them several times a day, every day, to track down these items that I misplaced. I like the Tile Pro the best compared to other Tile products because they are rugged, have a long range, and you can set them to ring loudly - making it easier to find my lost item. And, you can replace the batteries inexpensively. I don't find their app or tech service to be very strong. If I had a problem with a Tile, I just replaced it with a new one -- getting tech support was too much trouble.

I had an original tile that died when the battery died. I didn't really have an issue with losing or misplacing items like my wallet or car so I didn't have much use for it but now I bought some airpods and seeing as how they are quite the investment I was quite worried about setting them down. So I bought the tile pro so that I had as much range as possible. I actually have not had a chance to lose them and find them but I do use the feature to find my phone quite often. I just press the silver Tile logo twice and my phone will start ringing, even when on silent. Only con is that I wish the white was sold solo like the black is. I'm not really sure what to do with the black one that I have left extra.

One day I was headed out early to my storage unit and found the door off its hinges. Some good for nothing thief broke in and stoled a lot of stuff which I needed for work. And we're talking computers, tools, and Christmas presents. . Even though I had no faith in the Tiles and it's been over 2 years since I changed the batteries.... I checked my app and sure enough there they were reporting in with their new location. A quick drive by and we were able to locate the thief that the police officers swore would never be found. Believe me I am now a believer. And I highly recommend that you put in the lithium batteries for the extra long life of the batteries

I really love these. They have made finding my keys, locks, purse, wallet, you name it, very easy. I actually got one for a Christmas gift this year and had no clue they even existed. I now have 9 of them. I use them especially for my Lockout/Tagout locks and they can't be removed from the lock. They are VERY secure once placed. I don't have to worry about leaving my lock when the work day is over due to the app alerting me that I have left the area it is in. I can also find anything I have them on as they are extremely loud. I am very pleased with them and will be making sure all my co-workers know about them. The ONLY thing I didn't like about them is the range isn't far enough. Hopefully one day they can be made with a GPS tracker instead of only bluetooth.

Use these for my keys and have never had a problem. I pay for the tile premium monthly to get the full functional use of tile on my key chains. I always recommend tile products. You have to be in a place with service for them to work. They will not work camping or away from service areas as the phone does not connect to the tile without service. These would not work if your trying to keep track of your dog camping as there would be no service around, depending on where your camping.

Works great and you find everything . I have had it or 3 years , but tech support was no help and free version stop working and the old tiles still with battery life were worthless and tech support and tile cared less . But the new tile range increased and battery life increased and its only money . So I upgraded I bought the new software and new tiles, And I can find my dog and wallet and keys and phone . I am upset with the very poor tech support but the product works so very well . Perhaps the company could learn a lesson from its product

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He is always misplacing his keys and wallet. These have made life less stressful. No more having to wake up early to help him find his missing keys. And no more spending hours trying to find his wallet! I always wanted to buy these but didn’t like how you couldn’t change the battery. Well with this new version that problem is solved.
