That machine was my savior while staying at hotel shelter. It began to fail, even though I cleaned it and tried reprogramming ( many times). Now that I am fortunate to have moved to apartment, a new machine called to me. This ne Vertuo Plus works great! Wishing the reservoir was larger, but I am adjusting. Aloha - Anne

I love my nespresso! When it went on sale I couldn’t pass it up! I previously had a kuireg and I hated that the taste of coffees or expressos were not good. No matter what I did it was always an off bitter taste. With the Nespresso Venturo pop my coffee taste great and the coffee foam adds to the flavor! Only reason I rated 4 stars is due to the loud noise as the coffee is brewing.

We were previously using a Nespresso Breville machine but it finally gave out after 5+ years. The old machine was a push button shut. This one you have to manually shut and use a bit of force which is our only concern that it may affect the longevity of the product.
