I bought this new machine based on a promotion and thought it would be good with a larger group of people. I have gone back to using our coffee machine that uses the original pods. The Vertuo seemed to make a very bubbly crema unlike the original capsules. I regret the impulsive purchase and should have just stayed with what we had.

Bought a month ago or so . It's nice looking great compact size, makes a hot coffee. One thing I dislike alot though is that it is extremly loud and because I'm using it in my RV, I will keep it.

Bought as a second nespresso for a smaller space. The water tank is very small and I found the machine to be much noisier than the regular sized machine. Also after a few weeks, the mechanism that emptied the pods into the empty pod bin stopped functioning. It is still usable but just annoying. At the ends of the day the coffee does still taste the same.
Nespresso
It’s definitely different than a keurig

I bought this machine for its size mainly and then its price. It is a good price and size but that’s about all. It is so noisy that I can’t make coffee whenever I want as I would be bothering the neighbours and therefore I don’t use it as often. I regret not replacing my old machine with another Nespresso Vertuo Chrome Round head.
Cute
It's cute but came with its side not fully closed all the way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ is a premium at-home espresso brewer with a small footprint and bold colors. I received the "Spicy Red" Vertuo Pop+ as a free sample in exchange for my honest review. My initial impression is that the "bold" colors are a bit too extreme for the average consumer... while marketed as "stylish" I think the people who would really be interested in some of these colors (Pacific Blue, Spicy Red, Aqua Mint and Mango Yellow) are few and far between and the black/silver/gray are more appropriate for the masses and sitting out on a kitchen counter. Ignoring the colors, however, I do like that it has a small footprint (albeit a matching small water reservoir). This is my first experience with a Nespresso machine and I honestly felt that the pod naming convention was overly complicated and "trying too hard" and I just wanted the basic questions answered... what is the size (espresso, double espresso, a coffee or mug) and what is the flavor and each time I went to make a drink I wished that the experience was more intuitive. Perhaps I'm just used to "coffee" and selecting the sizes of the brew, but this wasn't necessarily an enjoyable discomfort. Buying new pods was equally confusing and expensive. As for the actual beverages... I found the machine to be excessively loud while brewing (perhaps this is the "Centrifusion" technology) but it's much louder than I expected. I also didn't like the method of adjusting brew sizes - you can "hold" the button longer and then it remembers for future brews, but I would prefer an option of a small/medium/large option for each of the pods so it has 3 options of adjusting volume that can be selected based off each cup. I felt like I was afraid to try that feature because I worried I'd "mess it up" and be stuck like that. As for taste... I really enjoyed the "iced" coffee and would definitely be a repeat user there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid nespresso user and was so pumped when I was selected. My current machine is about three years old but still runs like a champ! I swapped it out and gave this a true HARD test. Here’s what I found. I hate hate hate the opening mechanism. My other machine has a touch opening and it’s automatic. This machine feels so clunky. You have to move a lever and it feels so cheap. It’s also much louder than my other machine. To the point where it scared my toddler. It is more compact and very attractive to the eye. This would be great in small spaces but keep in mind, it’s not a quiet machine. I think I would have liked it more if I had no prior knowledge of the quality of their other machines. It just didn’t live up for me.
