I bought it on August, 2024. Bad. Leaking capsules holder and mold and bacteria accumulate in it. Ew...

I recently ordered the Vertuo Pop machine to replace my previous machine which I had for many years and loved. I’m really very unhappy with the pop machine. Advertised as “compact” and while it is shorter it’s much wider than my last machine. The coffee tray is too small and my mugs have fallen off multiple times spilling coffee everywhere. While it makes coffee fine I’m very unhappy with it.

Wow. Constant problems. Making a cup of coffee has never been such a pain. Every morning for two weeks I've looked at this machine and asked "Are you going to make coffee this morning?" Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. New capsules, two cups over the course of an hour and constant error messages. It was a gift, which makes it even worse. The latch on my previous coffeemaker broke, but guess what I've gone back too? Yes, holding the top down for three minutes while it brews. I used to have a Nespresso (older model) that worked fine but I gave a way when I moved. This one is awful.

Machine makes alot of noise and worst of all the coffee comes out almost cold

Unfortunately I purchased this impulsively. I was spending time with someone who had a compact Nespresso and the coffee was amazing. So this seemed to be similar to what they had and it was on sale and although it was on vacation I went ahead and ordered it. I have an old original Nespresso and I really love it. But I thought this would be better for my small space and I would have more options when it came to size. Sadly it is long past the 30-day return before I got an opportunity to open the box. And the first thing I noticed is there's no frother. And I went back and I looked and I reviewed the description and nowhere does it state that it doesn't come with a frother. And when pretty much every other model for years and years and years has I find that to be quite a big omission. Even if I had read the description carefully prior to purchase I still would have assumed that a frother was included. Looking out the box which includes a picture it still doesn't say no frother included or for others sold separately or any such. So as someone who reads and doesn't rely on pictures I know I come from a generation that reads my bad, I expected at a frother would be included. I haven't even used it yet in fact it's still basically in the packaging because I'm just keep looking in the empty box going Where's the frother.

Did not last 8 months. Used in our RV while traveling. Worked okay before it started flashing red. I went back to a regular coffee maker.

I purchased this machine approximately a month ago because it was the only one that could brew the larger sized coffees and I am SO disappointed with it! For some reason Nespresso decided to discontinue the larger sized coffee pods for the Vertuo Round Heads which is incredibly upsetting so I thought I'd buy this one since the price point was not horrible but I've been disappointed with the entire machine. It is LOUD!! Why does it sound like it's falling apart with every use?!? It is poorly designed having the entire top of the machine open to put in a pod and some how, although it looks like it would take up less counter space, it takes up more??? And, being that it's the only machine that will brew a large size coffee it has an incredibly small water reservoir?? I love Nespresso coffee but this machine is not at all the quality of my Vertuo Round Head. I can't even give it away.

I disregarded the negative reviews and purchased this machine. It didn't last 3 months with lite usage. Started making loud grinding sounds with red blinking light. This is a terrible model. Sometimes my drink would be warm, sometimes hot. The lid is difficult to close. I'm returning this ridiculous thing. I previously used the Pixie, which was great. Seems like products are not being designed with the same quality they were prior to the pandemic.

I've had this machine for a year now and can say that I absolutely do not recommend it or and quite frankly hate it. We got the Vertuo Pop to replace our older machine because it ws suppose to be slimer and quiet and I regret that decision. The main issue is that the machine will quit when making more than 5 oz of coffee and has been tripped the circuit twice. We did not have the same issue with our old machine. It is also very sensitive with the capsules. We have wasted so many capsules because we have gotten an error and the machine is unable to make coffee. Our older Nespresso Machine was more efficient and just easier to use, I regret getting rid of it.

Don't believe the part about Bluetooth. It's a lie
