[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and thinking about returning. Numerous times where it’s not working properly when inserting the capsule and have to reopen and insert another capsule. Wasteful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a cute little machine. It doesn’t hold many empty capsules and residual water drops into the capsule container when you open the top to load a new capsule. Like the small foot print, not a fan of watery junk in used capsule container. Loved my original Vertuo machine much better…should’ve re-purchased the same one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine to use for pour over coffee; however, the nespresso carafe does not fit under the coffee dispenser. Otherwise it makes delicious coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older VertuoPlus machine that I like, but wanted to treat myself to a smaller and newer model. The only thing I love about the Pop is the small size, and in some ways that's an inconvenience when I want to use my travel mug, it barely fits under the machine. It's a great starter machine for someone that is new to nespresso or want/need a smaller machine for space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the machine for a week and it works great and has awesome features but I am just not sure if it is worth the price of the coffee capsules. The samples are mostly of espresso and our so strong and so small….not sure if I should invest in some other coffee capsules and see if I like those better or just return it

I bought this a week ago and I will say the coffee is great as expected. What I don’t like about this machine, which I didn’t read on any reviews, is that it’s pretty difficult to close the top with a pod in it. I watched videos on the website and it was all done with one hand. If I try to use one hand to close the machine, the whole thing moves around. Even with two hands, I have to grip it well and it doesn’t feel right, almost like I might end up breaking it. I wonder if maybe I got one that isn’t quite up to the normal standard of this machine. I also don’t like that I can’t put a travel coffee tumbler under this machine because it’s way too short. This machine says it can brew up to 12 oz but I can’t put my coffee tumbler under it to brew to take for work. I have to brew in a big mug and then pour into my travel tumbler. That to me is a design flaw. Could’ve made it slightly taller. I understand the compact space but not being able to do that is annoying. Debating on sending this one back for a different model.

I really wanted to like this, after staying at a few hotels that had a Nespresso in the room I fell in love with it. I purchased this one thinking it would do the same. Unfortunately I’m just not sold on it and maybe it’s due to lack of being able to make a great latte or trying to understand the right level to make it at. I’m going to try it a few more weeks and if I don’t find it better I’ll return it. The big downside is you can only order their brand of pods or go to one of their stores if you live in a big city who has a location. I’m not sold on the Starbucks ones and like Nespresso light espresso. Like stated before larger cups don’t fit so you have to use standard coffee cups. This one just didn’t work for me but maybe it’s just me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple, easy to use, and quick. But could be sturdier.
Coffee Drinker
Makes good coffee but frequently doesn't start as expected. Most of the time when I start the brewing process the red light comes on and I have to start over. My machine has only been in use for a month. Otherwise I like the size and the various capsules. I would not recommend, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker makes great coffee and you’ll be very happy with your daily cup of joe. I miss some of the size, automation, and ease of use of the slightly more expensive models and would recommend upgrading if you can afford it.
