Want to waste $130?

Worked great until 4 months after purchase it stopped working. Now it just blinks red. Don’t bother waisting $130 on this.

Defective Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Vertuo pop and it’s leaking. Sadly I will have to return. I’ve heard great things and I love their coffee but I will probably exchange machine.

Good coffee but didn't last

Worked well for about 9 months but now will not read the barcode. I have descaled, rinsed, scrubbed, and tried all the other suggestions and it still does't work. I would not recommend this machine. It's feels flimsy compared to our original Vertuo (that is still working after 2 years).

Difficult to operate.

The open/close latch is extremely difficult to operate. I now have a sprained thumb. Is this a design flaw or did I purchase a damaged machine?

makes a great cup but leaks and broke in less than a week - pods are incredibly expensive

Very tasty coffee but the build quality leaves a lot ot be desired. The capsule grabbing mechanism is already broken on my unit and it leaks coffee into the capsule storage holder. If you unplug the unit it doesn't remember your wifi, and when you try to resync it it won't telling you there's only 1 machine per account! What a joke!! The capsules are outrageously expensive.

Luke Warm Expensive Coffee

The Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ makes a tasty cup of coffee but it is not hot. Luke warm at best especially if you add any milk or cream to the cup. Very disappointed. Wish I could return it but I did not take itout of teh box until a coule of months after purchase.

Too much dang foam. Where's the coffee?

I switched from the original machine (small capsules) to Vertuo in January. I kinda hate it. It works perfectly, but I dislike all the dang foam. The pix show a small bit in the cup, but in reality it's 1/2 or more of the cup. Annoying as heck. And the coffee isn't as hot as my old small capsule machine. I wish that I hadn't given away my old machine. I'm going to use up the rest of my Vertuo capsules and go back to the old machine.

Stopped working!!

Purchased in August 2023 and it just stopped working 9 months later…. I had a Keurig for 4 years and it didn’t even break, just thought i upgraded. It was fine worked, but it really wasn’t great. Lots of foam or too watery depending on the setting, and again an unrealistically short life span. East to say I am disappointed. Any recommendations on what i should get for my next Keurig??

Disappointed

I just bought this machine after my Vertuo Next stopped working and I decided to forgo sending it back in to most likely never get repaired. I purchase this machine due to its smaller size and ability to make larger sizes of coffee than my old Next. This machine is a disappointment in quality. It does not have the same quality aesthetic as my chrome Next, it has plastic parts where my Next had metal and it is so loud when making coffee! My husband said it sounds like a lawn trimmer. Despite this, the coffee it brewed was good and hot. However, I am going to return this machine due to its overall aesthetic and part concerns so that I can buy either a more basic model and forgo the larger size pod capability :( or splurge on the Latissima. My concern with the Latissma is that I can see it has the same locking mechanism as the Next which was always difficult to shut, it has plastic vs metal parts that I saw in the online video, and people say the milk froth isn’t hot enough. Also, I’m concerned these newer models are not going to last if they have cheapened their manufacturing like so many companies have done post COVID due to supply chain issues, inflation, freight and labor cost increases. It’s an unfortunate time we live in right now.

Too short

It is too short. We cannot fit some special mugs beneath it so have it on a box!
