Replaced our machine after 4 years where it sounded like a dump truck on steroids. Immediately, the new machine was so peaceful. However, after a few uses, we noticed that it slides around a lot when you're trying to lock and unlock. The shape (top heavy) is what does it. Additonally, I noticed that as it pumps out coffee, my mug vibrants and moves away from the spout. So if you're not paying attention, you can have coffee pouring outside of the mug.

I am a little disappointed in the Pop with the fact that it offers 5 different coffee sizes including the 14 oz but yet doesnt allow for a larger cup including Nespresso own tall mugs (which I own!). I am also disappointed with the temperature. This does not heat the coffee nearly as much as other machines.

My first one is a different model; it's wonderful and I love it, but the Pop Plus machine is comparatively very noisy when it makes coffee. Not sure why that might be, but there you have it.

When I can get the lid to close it works great… BUT WHY IS THE MACHINE SO HARD TO CLOSE???!!!!??

I like it because it is my first Nespresso machine but it’s a loud machine. I’m not sure if all models are this loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time Nespresso buyer/user. I bought this for my son-in-law because it was the least expensive. These machines have become incredibly expensive and their bonus offers really are not very good...they offer you something you don't want for buying more sleeves than you will consume in six months. The coffee, especially the expresso, is out of this world, though.

It is a very loud machine. And all drinks so far have come out frothed. Also when putting in new pods it is very heavy

I ended up returning this machine. I used it twice and it was so extremely loud, that I did not plan to use it enough.

A little disappointed, bought this for my wife for Christmas so she could do the iced coffee feature. The space for a glass is much too small. Find ourselves swapping in a second glass to avoid overfilling. Why would you design it this way?
