Nespresso has replaced my Vertuo Pop+ twice since it was purchased. The last replacement, which came just before the warranty expired, seems to be quite noisy compared to the others I've had. I appreciate Nespresso doing the replacement, but I had to call every few weeks to convince them something was wrong with the old unit. I like this machine, the size and look along with the coffee it produces, but the dependability is questionable. Having been a Nespresso member since 2019 I'm beginning to question the companies commitment to making dependable machines.

Machine is okay but if it has leg under the machine it was easy to pit any size mugs

Really hard to believe this has such good reviews. The worst coffee maker I have ever owned. Pours the tiniest coffees even the large doesn't f ill half of my mug ? Also every coffee you make, like 10 ML of stale old coffee is first squeezed into your cup. Really poor.
