I have been using this Razor since the first week of Jan 2022. I shave every morning. This razor is the best I have ever used (been shaving for over 25 years). The heated feature reminds me of the old-school hot towel barber shop feeling at your home. It truly makes a difference when you use the heated feature. Once you start using this heated razor, there is no going back to a regular razor. I like how the face feels after the shave. the blades last for 12 days for me (without skin burn feeling). Also, I have thicker facial hair. The longevity of the blades really depends on the type of facial hair. The battery lasts for 7 days full shaves without charging. (Avg 10 min shaves). If you are traveling for a few days, then you do not need to take the charger. I absolutely love this razor.

I been having a lot of problems getting a close shave I tried many different products. I decided to try the heated blade a few weeks ago and was very happy with the first shave and,continue to be happy 10 shaves later.

I purchased this razor about a year ago and the internal battery went bad. I called up Gillette and they sent me a brand new one at no cost. I really like the heated blade and makes shaving much more enjoyable.

I purchased the heated razor 8 months ago and it is far the best razor I have used i found this razor with the high heat setting reduces the razor bump in African Americans yet a bit pricey it is best for the money
